Zalig rustig vakantiehuis!
Het huis is supergezellig: zowel wat ligging betreft, accomodatie, zwembad, tuin, sfeerverlichting in tuin,... Ietwat afgelegen, maar dat is exact wat we wensen, want daardoor is 100% rust gegarandeerd. Bezienswaardigheden zijn op een uurtje rijden met de auto. De eigenaars zijn zeer attent: reageren direct, zorgden voor lieve attenties,... We kunnen niks negatiefs bedenken!

Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage, dem großen Pool und der Region haben wir uns für dieses Ferienhaus entschieden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wären auch gern noch länger geblieben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin. Annamaria ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, was wir in dieser Art und Weise noch nicht kennengelernt haben, obwohl wir seit vielen Jahren Urlaub in Ferienhäusern machen. Unsere Ausflüge nach Caserta, Pompeji, Amalfiküste und Rom waren sehr schön.

Wünderschön
Tolles Haus, schön idyllisch gelegen. Die Vermieterin Annamaria war sehr nett. Sie ist stets bestrebt das es den Urlaubern gut geht. Sie gab tolle Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants in der Nähe. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt, es war alles da was man braucht. Das Grundstück mit dem Pool ist wundervoll. Es gibt eine schöne große Terrasse, so das man auch mal bei schlechteren Wetter draußen sitzen kann. Ein Auto ist allerdings erforderlich. Nur weiterzuempfehlen. Danke A.

Tolles Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung
Die Übergabe hat wunderbar geklappt sogar früher als angegeben. Zum Empfang gab es Kekse, Pizza und Wasser und Wein. Mittendrin noch ne Schale Aprikosen. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und liegt ruhig und idyllisch. Der Harten mit Kräutern ist schön und der Pool bringt Erfrischung. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und gab uns noch Tipps für Gastro und Einkauf. Der Kontakt während der Zeit lief über Whatsapp und mit schneller Antwortzeit. Wir wären gern länger geblieben!

Our stay at the property was great! We were two adults and two children and the house was perfect for us. The owners met up when we arrived and showed us everything concerning the house and gave us tips for the surroundings. The house was clean and all appliances were available. The outdoors were nice with a large yard and a comfortable patio under roof with several deck chairs and table and chairs etc. On the patio there were even possible to play table tennis which we did a lot. The size of the pool were perfect and the fact that it was a salt water pool made it even better. A recommendation is to try the small minimarket in the village which had a great selection of food. We also went several mornings to the local bakery in the village and bought fresh bread, so nice. (The mortadella available at the bakery was also fantastic.) We did several daily trips from the house with our rental car for example, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Amalfi coast with Salerno, Positano, Sorrento. Overall a great property.

Ruhe und Entspannung im Grünen
Das Ferienhaus liegt in der Gemeinde San Lupo. Dort gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine Bäckerei. Nächste umfassendere Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Guardia Sanframondi ( ca 5 Km entfernt) gegeben. Dort gibt es auch mehrere Restaurants. Telese Terme ist ca 20 km entfernt. Die Eigentümer des Ferienhauses sind sehr gastfreundschaftlich und hilfsbereit. Im Domus Incantada (so heißt das Haus vor Ort) kann man sich sehr gut erholen!.
