Uncomfortable rooms too many strict rules
Rooms are so small and don't have air ventilation or air conditioner and don't allow family visitors in the rooms and have too many strict rules . The customer is paying high room rates and deserve better treatment of guests I will not recommend to anyone this hotel

Very nice hotel, the front desk personnel extremely friendly and the hotel location its ideal if you want to experience and explore the heart of San Luis Potosi (downtown area).

El lugar no está tan mal, el problema es el personal incapacitado para la labor, hice mi reservación al llegar al lugar, no contaban con terminal para hacerme el cobro, me dejaron quedar y pagar al día siguiente a las 9 que llegaba la recepcionista, me dieron las 10 am y yo ya tenía que salir pues iba a otro lado, y nunca llegó la persona para el cobro, tuve qué hacer una transferencia, el sr que estaba cuidando en la noche nada capacitado, no sabia la información, no recordó darme mi INE y a mi se me olvidó pedirla pues ya me urgía salir, tuve que regresar por ella 🙄, la habitación en la que me quede no la habían barrido por un largo tiempo, eso si, la cama súper cómoda, las almohadas súper ricas y el baño amplio, de ahí en fuera, dudo mucho, hospedarme ahí de nuevo. Aaaah, y no cuentan con estacionamiento, y la zona no se ve muy linda ni segura
