"This is a very nice hotel for a couple of night when exploring SLO town and university. It’s clean and the beds are comfortable. Although there is no breakfast, the bakery/cafe next door is fantastic. So, no loss there. "

"Hotel staff was amazing - check in was so easy. the rooms need updating. The bathtub in room 126 is falling apart and the bottom of the tub is peeling and there is no stopper or plug so we couldn't bath our kids which was disappointing. The couch pillows are stained and the walls in the front room need to be wiped down. The furniture looked fairly new and everything else was fine. "

"Had a wonderful stay here. The 'inn keeper' was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. Location is perfect, the room was great. Only complaints might be not having AC, which honestly in february we didn't need at all. The complementary breakfast was really nice, little bakery kind of coffee shop vibe on the roof. The rooftop setup/vibe is very neat as well, can just sit up there and watch the ocean all day. Such a hidden gem!"
