Property was close/walking distance to the beach and in a quiet area. Small parking places, but there were plenty of them. Outside of property was well maintained.
The actual unit (five-eleven) was decent. Full kitchen and large master bedroom with king bed was nice. While the blue towels looked nice, they were old with some bleach stains, and the color was faded, worn, and very rough. Definitely could use new towels. The fully stocked kitchen was nice, however I washed all the silveware before use as some looked dirty, as was the plastic holder. There is no dishwasher, so the handwashed dishes were mostly clean. Pots and pans are well worn, but had a decent selection. There is a muffin pan, but no cookie sheet, so I heated garlic bread and baked cookies in a muffin pan! Kitchen table is small with two chairs; we brought in a chair from the porch for our third person.
Overall the unit was decent, but could use a coat of paint, new linens and pots and pans. These simple things would make the place excellent.
