The place was okay for one night. I could hear the people walking above me and the people talking in the rooms next to me and their plumbing. People weren't being loud it was more that the walls were poorly insulated. This would be great for, someone who is a deep sleeper or is okay sleeping with headphones. It was nice to have a starbucks, chipotle and nordstroms rack across the street.

Housekeeping needs improvement
We checked in about 90 mins early (for a $25 early check in fee) which was nice that we could do that. However, on checking the cleanliness of the room, there was a bit to be desired. There was wilted lettuce in the drawer of the dresser as well as obvious dirt and dust. The sink had a lot of crusty stuff around the upper drain hole. And the back of the toilet was missing one of the covers for the seat where it attaches to the toilet. That connection was very obviously dirty. The details make the difference. Also, there were a few vagrants hanging around in the parking lot at mid-day and again in the evening when we got back from dinner. However, we did appreciate the location and the walkability of the motel. We didn’t need anything fancy and this fit the bill.
