"When i arrived the lock box would not open after 45 minutes of trying finally gave up by the time i recieved a ring from the owner of property i was told cleaning lady had opened it i asked for a pic with the lockbox open and i was told she had other thing to do but i could go there and people world be there to help i was 1 and 30 minutes away the picture i never got but was told to get there and it'd be open, worst exprience after traveling an hour from airport for that lock box to not open to...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Alberto's home. The views of the surrounding area from the veranda, especially while lying in the hammocks, were beautiful. The house itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Alberto gave us a tour of the coffee production process as unfortunately coffee tours there and in the area seem to happen only on the weekends.(Our stay was M-W, which also meant most restaurants in town were not open.) "Very easy check in with the lockbox. Our oven didn’t work, but it’s OK because we didn’t need it. It would have been nice to have more than one actual blanket instead of just sheets. The hot tub is the same temperature as the pool.Everyone including some locals that stayed there were extremely friendly and we had a blast with them! The view is amazing and we even saw some whales from the property. It’s nothing fancy, but we would definitely stay here again!"

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

"The unit was beautiful. Full amenities. Spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Only downfall is more access to casino and restaurants. After 9pm all access gates closed. Uber is non existent after certain hours. The home was so cozy and right by the beach "
