KRONPLATZ - BEST SKI RSORT OF THE ALPS 2018 LOVE SUN, NATURE, RELAXATION, then you have come to the right place - apartment with every comfort for 2 - 8 persons.
Our farm is located at 1130 m in a sunny location, surrounded by meadows and forest, 10 minutes by car from the center of St. Lorenzen away. The newly furnished with natural wood furniture apartment with 95 m² consists of a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, wood and gas stove, electric. Oven. Refrigerator with freezer, a living room (non-smoking) with TV and satellite, three double bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, bidet, bathtub and washing machine, a shower with toilet, and a balcony on the south and west side.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels, electricity, wood for stove and wood stove and garbage disposal are included in the price.
The Tourist Tax is 1,35 Euro per person over 14 years per night, from 01.01.2023 the Tourist Tax will be 1,75 Euro per person over 14 years per night and will be paid separately with us.

Wir dürfen eine sehr schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung mitten in den Bergen genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir wurden jeden morgen mit frischen Brötchen und Eiern geweckt. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Einfach nur top. Wir können sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Logement très propre et spacieux avec une vue splendide. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui nous a offert des œufs de la ferme durant notre séjour ☺️ Le logement est isolé de la ville et des commerces donc au calme mais la voiture est nécessaire pour tout déplacement.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Eine geräumige und sehr gepflegte saubere Ferienwohnung mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist mit Naturmöbeln eingerichtet und einer guten ausgestatteten Küche. Nach Wunsch bekamen wir frische Eier und Milch direkt vom Hof. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Gegend. Etwas außerhalb (was uns persönlich sehr gefiel), aber Skigebiete sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Familie Grünbacher sind freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein toller Aufenthalt mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft
Die spontane Entscheidung für diese tolle Ferienwohnung in Südtirol erwies sich als Volltreffer. Sie war nicht nur gut ausgestattet, sondern auch sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war äußerst angenehm und die frischen Eier und Milch waren eine nette Überraschung. Wir fühlten uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl und hatten eine fantastische Zeit dort.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick vom Balkon, auf dem man, auch mit mehreren Personen verweilen kann. In der geräumigen Wohnung selbst haben wir nichts vermisst. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren perfekt. Service 1a (jeden Morgen frische Brötchen, Eier und auf Wunsch kostenlose Milch) Auch ein Grill wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage war perfekt für unsere täglichen Motorradtouren durch die Dolomiten. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen !

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Landschaft, Ruhe garantiert.
Unsere Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock hat uns sehr zufrieden gestellt. Drei vollwertige Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und eine geräumige Wohnküche haben für uns vollkommen ausgereicht. Es gibt noch ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, wir haben es nicht genutzt. Alles war sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Vom Balkon genießt man einen herrlichen Blick ins Tal und die Berglandschaft. Ganz toll waren die auf Wunsch kostenlos bereitgestellten Eier und die frische Milch. Alles von den eigenen Tieren auf dem Hof. Der Brötchenservice funktionierte hervorragend. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war jederzeit problemlos möglich, auch wenn diese nicht dort wohnen. Alles in allem können wir den Übersteiner Hof wärmstens weiter empfehlen, vielen Dank Familie Grünbacher.
