"The service here is second to none. The staff from meeting you at the front desk (Luigi) to everyone who works there, just welcoming and assisting. Mauro, our new friend, you were the best, most awesome driver and so appreciative of the way you helped us around Naples. We hope to come back and spend more time here. The area is a little out of the way, but we found some lovely little eateries nearby and the free shuttle service and taxi options are very suitable and met our needs perfectly."

"This was a good hotel close to train station, area a bit unsafe in surrounding streets. WE had to change our travel plans due to out of our control situation, this was the only hotel to not change our plans with no cost, in fact they charged us the full amount of the lost night which left a sour taste so be careful when booking with this hotel."

"Just stayed in the heart of historic Napoli, and I loved it! At first, the surrounding area threw me off, but a quick walk into town revealed how convenient and authentic the neighborhood is. Close to hotels, shops, and just a 10-minute walk to the 24-hour hop-on-hop-off tour stop. Breakfast is served at a nearby café—not in-house—where you can enjoy a coffee or cappuccino with a delicious cornetto (croissant). The pizza in Napoli is the best I’ve had in Italy.
