"Rooms were excellent, breakfast was very good, maid service was excellent and the roof garden makes this a good place to go in the nice weather. Great place for young people. Good buy for the money."

"The location is outstanding"

"The hotel and the staff were really great. The staff were all very friendly. It was super clean and felt like they remodeled within the last 5-10 years at least. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but they allowed us to go to the bar and get some drinks on them which was nice and we were happy with that. The breakfast had a decent selection, I do wish there were some more vegetable choices but that was just me…they at least had tomatoes and some salad but that was it. There were plenty...

"This place is an absolute gem, it's an old 13th century monastery converted into a beautiful 5 star hotel. The staff are super helpful, friendly and professional. You can't go wrong if you can afford the cost! "

"Beautiful place, excellent breakfast, lovely staff. My only negative was the noise in our room. We could hear everything from upstairs- footsteps, chairs scraping, doors closing, etc from 7am and it was disturbing. The hotel was pretty empty so I think it was probably staff. But we stayed in winter and I guess the air con in summer might drown out that noise. "

"We stayed in the executive room with the jacuzzi bath in the room and it was simply the best, the room was huge, the bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing the staff were so very helpful in every way and it was a gorgeous hotel, the shuttle bus was superb to get you into the city centre and back, we would highly recommend this hotel "

"Terrazza Duomo is a charming, sleek hotel overlooking the main piazza in Amalfi. Balconies with the best views in the city…and that same breathtaking view in the restaurant. "The property itself is wonderful and a very safe haven within Naples. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was good. It is very close to the train station which is super convenient but some of the streets surrounding the property are a bit chaotic and dirty. But again the property itself is wonderful and a clean safe haven in a busy city. "

"The place said it had three restaurants three bars, but when we got there, two of the restaurants were closed one the food was OK"

"It was very clean, spacious and convenient! It was really quiet even when cruise came, no impact to quietness. Breakfast was excellent with great options . Staff are all very nice and helpful! We really enjoyed the stay!"

"This hotel grew on me. The room wasn’t warm and inviting, but I liked the high ceilings. There were lovely parts of the hotel we did not have time to explore. It was disappointing to have the “pool” be only a jacuzzi that closes early and was closed completely on Christmas Day. I book hotels to specifically use the pool and gym. Otherwise it was nice. "Good place to stay however when I asked for fresh towel was told that in Italy they change towels weekly. The owner was responsive when we asked for an iron. They had snacks, water and juices for us upton arrival."
