"Location of this place is outstanding, a nice easy walk into the center of the historical area and to a small nearby food market. The apartment is nicely furnished with primarily antiques, spacious and welcoming, though a bit musty smelling. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. We continuously had problems with the Wi-Fi service, and though the owner was promptly responsive in regard to checking in and out there was zero response to our Wi-Fi questions. "The apartment is in a wonderful location and nice outlook it was clean and tidy "

"Nice rustic and quainte atmosphere. We had to check out early because my partner was allergic to the room. You know old "castles" can be damp. My partner is very allergic to mold and mildew and we had to leave after 2 nights. The only other problem was I kept hitting my head on the beam in the loft where the bed was. The place was clean. Great location."

"We stayed two nights and arrived late the first night which was well handled by the staff. When we walked out our door the next morning the palazzo grande and the antique market were right there. It was close to everything. Only detractor was the smell when we opened the window. We would recommend the apartment for your visit to Arezzo and also to visit during the antique market. It was an excellent experience."

"The location is very isolated from population centers, very high in the hills. You are very close to nature and yet with excellent amenities to enjoy. Hospitality is lacking in that absolutely nothing is included in your room except towels and scant utilities to cook. No wine glasses in Tuscany! Internet is inconsistent. Expect the bare minimum services."

"The service at this hotel was impeccable. We were running late for our wine tasting but they were still SO accommodating! The rooms were beautiful and the view from the hotel are amazing. It was super accessible to everything. Also, the parking options were great - highly recommend. They're so responsive through texting and it was great to have this level of service. Highly rec! "

We enjoyed our stay very much.

"We had an excellent 4-night stay at Hotel Italia. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness, helpfulness, efficiency of the staff - desk, breakfast room, cleaning service. Our room was clean and well-kept. All the facilities worked well: shower temperature and pressure, heating, lights, tea kettle, refrigerator. The beds were standard European firmness. The bedding was cozy. Breakfast was a delicious spread, with lots to choose from. The Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station, and an easy walk to the historic district. We highly recommend Hotel Italia."
