"I would give this stay 10 out of 10. The location is amazing and easy to find. Right near the main roads but hidden away and secluded with a beautiful outdoor pool and patio. The villa itself is spotlessly clean and a nice mix of traditional Maltese and modern contemporary. Lots of big bedrooms, balconies and outdoor spaces. "Villa was lovely, very clean with lots of quirky bits to it. Lots of winding steps to bedrooms so not good if you have mobility issues. Only downside was only a small amount of sun by pool (possibly because we went in September) it may be different in earlier months. Although lots of sun on upper terrace, it was nice to have an outdoor shower so easy to cool off. Unfortunately while we were there a lot of dog barking from nearby which was frustrating at times. "Loved the farmhouse and especially the pool and hot tub. In Sept, still warm enough to use the pool. The area is so quiet, you’d think there are no tourists. Simona was very helpful upon checkin and easy to reach during our stay. Upon departure when we could not prebook a cab for 5 am, she did it for us or we would have been stranded. Bus system in Gozo / Malta is great but not available if you must leave early in the morning to catch a flight. Overall the whole trip was awesome. "

"I don't know how highly I can praise this property, the location, the cleanliness, the owner! Everything was wonderful from the well kept pool and gardens to the kindness and helpfulness of Ray, our host. It was all perfect and I would highly recommend a stay here. Didn't want to return home. "The owners Ray and his wife are very warm and welcoming and as they live above the apartments were onhand to answer any questions, give advice and recommendations. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything you needed. Location was great, down a quiet road with plenty of parking. Lovely pool and well kept gardens. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for having us. plenty of parking spaces for hire car."

"Had a great stay here for a week when coming to Malta for a wedding. Villa had everything we needed and more. Loads of space and activities to do. 10 min walk to the water park. Kids loved the pool. Few issues. Parts of the ceiling did fall down ina bedroom but host got it cleaned up right away. And there was a problem with the en-suite toilet on the last night. Did keep getting reminded about electric and water usage which was odd when you’ve have paid thousands and the villa was half empty...

"We had a great week. The villa is spacious and well equipped. There were some lovely touches eg lots of cleaning equipment, bin bags and a cupboard full of extras eg spices, cooking oil and a welcome pack. These are all things that we’ve had to purchase ourselves in other villa stays. The villa is easy to get to and close to main routes down both the east and west of the island. "
