The hotel was clean which is always my biggest concern and we didn’t have any problems with bugs or anything! "We were staying in the hotel when the earthquake struck on March 28. The management and staff were extraordinary in their response to the emergency - compassionate, calm and practical. After evacuating into the 97 degree's heat they provided us with water. 3 hours later sandwiches came out. Management provided regular updates. I have never been treated so well by a hotel under such difficult circumstances. Truly remarkable - a credit to Marriott, Chaing Mai and Thailand."
