"We had 7 adults stay for a little under a week in July. The location was great for us (closer to Silverton than Durango), and the cabin was outfitted with most everything you’d hope to have at a VRBO. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub, kitchen with plenty of seating, and hiking in the area. Highly recommend!"

"We came from Texas for a white Christmas, and that is what we got. The tree was beautiful for all of the gifts we brought. "It was a cute little room but we did not walk into what we had booked and paid for. The original booking showed two beds and a couch. When we walked in there was only a bed and a couch. My children had to sleep on a metal bed and a blow up mattress that kept going flat. The host was very rude about it and did little to accommodate us. The room we stayed in was less cost than what we originally paid. We definitely got scammed. "

Not only is their ample space, but the location is also such that children can safely play outdoors. "This condo was just right for our needs. We were looking for a place with a king size bed and also another bed option (in this case a sofa bed) as we were in the area to move our youngest child into her dorm room at FLC. The dividing wall between the "bedroom" space and living room was perfect to give our 18 year old a bit of privacy the one night she was with us. We loved the property and this unit was impeccably clean and comfortable."

"We love Pagosa Springs and are frequent visitors. This house is right on the lake in a cul de sac. The second floor is accessed by a steep spiral stairway so a bit challenging. Upstairs bedroom has a very firm mattress. Nice lounge area upstairs with tv and small bathroom and double bed. Good communication with the host. Neighborhood a bit unwelcoming. "
