Welcome to our stunning Bay View studio apartments in the heart of Condado! Once part of the luxurious Caribe Hilton Resort, these Condado Lagoon Villas are now privately owned vacation rentals, offering you all the comfort with easy access to Paseo Caribe's trendy restaurants and facilities.

Our listing features two connected units, each with its own private entrance. They’re linked by double doors inside, making it perfect for friends or couples who want a little extra privacy during their stay. Just a short stroll down the street, you’ll find "Playa Escambrón" beach and a lovely park—ideal for a quick dip or a relaxing walk!

From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Condado Lagoon and spot the T-Mobile Convention Center, which offers endless entertainment and dining options. STOP! THIS is THE ONE!
Nadia is the perfect host. Responsive & ready to answer all questions. Now the property; location is perfect for walking everywhere-OSJ, Miramar, shopping ect. The space is perfect for two couples or a family. Spacious and Very clean. Two self contained units with privacy doors and a full kitchen. The pool area is large with loungers and umbrellas felt like it was our own private pool. Short stroll to the beach. Honestly it was awesome. Watched the sea turtles and manatees from the balcony every morning! very clean

Came here with our adult kids for a winter getaway. Rooms are exactly as described and the fold out chair bed was comfortable and perfect for my petite daughter. The area is not exactly walkable but Ubers are easy to get. Our ac leaked water into one os the rooms and the host addressed it immediately.

We had a great time.
Nice location next to Caribe Hilton. Not far from Old San Juan and Distrito TMobile. With our group of 4, it was really a luxury to have 2 bathrooms and 2 spaces AND laundry. In essence, this is 2 apartments. Pool was almost empty every day so it felt like a private pool. Host was super responsive when our flight was a disaster. Would definitely recommend!

My family of five stayed here. Beware it is two connecting rooms. Therefore kitchen is in one bedroom and the other bedroom has a king bed. The twin size bed is actually a fold out futon chair so not very comfortable for an adult. The location was great. The pool gym facilities, a bit rundown.

Wonderful brief stay
We loved this property! We had a wonderful brief stay and the unit included all amenities we could need. The sofa/bed was perfect for our 8 year old, and my 10 and 12 year olds shared a king bed. Loved watching the turtles and other sea life in the bay!

Great place, close to everything, very clean!
We had a great stay as Nadia's place! It was super clean, very spacious, nice with 2 bathrooms, kitchen was helpful too! Balcony was nice, facing the lagoon. We were able to Uber around and it was 5-10 minutes to get everywhere!

Great location! Nice place with minor inconveniences
The rooms were perfect for our stay and the location was great! There were some small inconveniences like the WiFi not working, loud water sounds, front door not closing behind us, etc. but overall it was a great stay and we were able to work around those things. Definitely wouldn’t recommend counting on the sofa chair to accommodate an extra guest. We didn’t need it as we just had two people in each room but in case others see that on the listing, it’s very small!!

Wedding!
I rented these units so I and my bridal party may prepare ourselves for my wedding! Also, this location was less then 10 minutes to my venue. It was 5 of us, plus hair & makeup artists, photographers & videographers, so we needed the space! It worked out well. The units were clean & spacious. 2 full bathrooms was a plus. The AC worked fantastic! Check-in easy. And security at the front desk. But the building was like a sauna. Pretty bad. Would I rent here again, proberly not. Due to the price. I just needed it for the convienience of space & location for my event.

Everything was seamless with this property. Everything was as described. We loved the location and how easy it was to get food or enjoy one of the many beaches. Great condo!
This unit was spotlessly cleaned when we arrived. It had everything we needed for our stay and nice little extras like sunscreen and coffee. Nadia was very responsive and arranged early check in for us. 10 minute walk to a very nice beach and about 15 minute walk to the center of San Juan.

The property is well located and looks down on the lagoon, where we regularly saw snorkeling and paddleboarders. There is view of the city skyline with a mountain view in the background. We didn't rent a car and found easy access to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Everyone was very friendly. We walked to the art district and Viejo a couple times to enjoy shopping and restaurants etc. The only suggestion is that we would have appreciated a sofa or comfy chairs instead of a desk...

Nice stay
It was a pleasant stay for our two families. Location was convenient and rooms are clean. The only I would point out is that the kitchen is in the king bed room. The description did say studio in the title, but it wasn’t something easily noticed, at least for me. So when we travel as two families, it does create a little inconvenience as the family in the king bed room has less privacy and freedom as they have to accommodate the other family (waking up early/going to bed late so the other family can eat/drink as needed). Other than this small issue, we are happy with our stay.
