This beach apartment is what you and your family are looking for a tropical getaway. The palm trees and the view to the ocean will take your breath away. The apartment is on the second floor of a three story building, a short walk up a set of stairs. You can walk out from the building to one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico. We are 25 miles from the San Juan airport and 30 miles from Old San Juan, nearby Rio Grande offers casinos and fine dining. Fajardo is within 15 minutes where you find natural attractions such as Las Cabezas de San Juan and the famous Bioluminescent Bay. El Yunque, not to be missed if you enjoy cascades, rainforest and hiking is only 15 minutes away. Supermarkets, banking, drug stores and restaurants are within walking distance.
This apartment is a three bedroom / two bath, perfect for families who enjoy nature and want a relaxing and stress free vacation. The master bedroom has king sized bed, ceiling fan and a wall A/C unit. The master bedroom also has its own master bath with a shower tub. The second bedroom has two full sized beds, ceiling fan and a wall A/C unit. The third bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan and a wall A/C unit. The second bathroom is located right next to the bedrooms, in the hallway.

We had a great stay at Villa Palmar! The condo was very clean, well stocked with all the extras, the view from the balcony was amazing and the location was very central to all the activities we wanted to do.

Puerto Rico Paradise
Villa Palmar is a slice of heaven. The unit is on the second floor and is very secure with gated parking. I thought the neighborhood was charming so I’m not sure if all the security is even necessary. The unit’s main centerpiece is the breathtaking view over Playa Azul. Every morning we would turn off the air conditioning and open the patio door to be greeted with the soothing sounds of the ocean and the cool ocean breeze. Breakfast On the patio was a lovely way to start the day. All beaches were within walking distance so depending on what type of water activity, you could select your beach. We visited them all. We were also able to walk to dinner, and the small market. The grocery store Amigo is also within walking distance and there is a crosswalk to cross the busy road separating Amigo from the beach area. We loved our stay more than we ever imagined we would. The location and view are priceless.

Great Week!
We loved our stay on the beach, having the oceans steps away was amazing. Very quiet neighborhood but just minutes from the kiosk's and the cute little center of Luquillo. This condo is so nicely located near the rainforest, not far from Old San Juan and the bioluminescent kayaking. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and towels and having our own washer/dryer was great. We really loved our stay and recommend this location.

Our family had a wonderful holiday. Until we were pushed out at 10 am by surprise on the last day. We had planned to check out by 10:45 and the host sent a text at 7 am saying she needed us to leave to get ready for the next guest. It really put a damper on a wonderful week

Peaceful and wonderful
Prior to staying at this property, I had stayed at the Wyndham Rio Del Mar, where I had paid over $11,000 to stay with my man and my daughter, and it was a good experience but this far surpasses it simply because the kitchen is there the view of the beach was beautiful the same grocery store that we shopped in when we stayed at the Wyndham Rio Delmar is the same one that accessible from this property it was just wonderful. I really love the little oasis that we found on the beach. A little inlet that was just perfect. We stayed in the water for hours because of it. It’s a lovely place. It felt very secure and clean and I really enjoyed it. I think you and your family as well. We stayed out on the patio. We stayed in the bed or doing anything else it’s just a little slice of heaven.

I went with my family of 8 , we didn’t mind sharing rooms with each other, it’s been a long time that we share rooms. At first it seemed small, but it works. At night we felt safe because they have a lock fence to parking area, to your door, and also outside the porch as a storm projector, that is pretty cool. You are close to plenty of stores, (Amigos) is the supermarket , pharmacy, McDonald’s, and Spanish restaurants. Plus you the that absolutely beautiful beach right at your doorstep. They have plenty of coolers, chairs, and anything you want to take to the beach. feel free to tribute to the donation box they have in the closet. We left a few things and Beachball😁 overall me and my family had a great time. 🇵🇷 is in my blood. I will continue to return to Puerto Rico

Luquillo beachfront gem!
We stayed at this lovely property in June 2024. The condo itself is a bit dated (bathrooms have been nicely updated - kitchen has not, so this might be an issue for you if you are a gourmet chef). However, it has everything you need, is well stocked and very clean. If you need consistent wifi for anything, you may want to bring your own hot spot. Management is amazing and very responsive. The real magic of this condo is location, location, location. You are literally feet from a very private, very beautiful beach! Being in Luquillo, you are also within close proximity to the El Younque rainforest and the bioluminescent bays of Fajardo. Fajardo is also a jumping off point for day trips to Culebra. If you want to feel like more of a "local" vs staying in a resort, this place is for you. Overall, 5-stars from our family!

Our stay was to rest and enjoy Playa Azul in Luquillo. We have rented many places in years past but this condo gets more than a 10. A balcony facing the beach has a score of 20. It is fully equipped from kitchen to beach supplies..beach towels& beach chairs. The beach is amazing, the area is quiet and clean. Close to Luquillo kiosk with great resturants like Carabali and las Picuas near by. You do need a car but amigos grocery is close by. Its a great condo for family, friends or just a few. Great location in Playa Azul!
We had a lovely stay at this beach apartment! We enjoyed the ocean view and beautiful location. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the host's excellent communication and prompt responses were truly appreciated. It's the little things that made this spacious apartment perfect for our family of five. It was well-stocked with kitchen supplies and beach essentials like ample towels, chairs, and boogie boards. Playa Azul is a nice beach, and it was convenient to walk to restaurants in Luquillo. We enjoyed day trips to El Yunque, horseback riding, and the Monster @ Toro Verde. We highly recommend this gem for families seeking a memorable beach getaway.

Fantastic View! And the little things done right
I’ve never stayed at a place with quite the same view. Perfect weather all week, the balcony looks over the ocean yet never gets hot as the sun doesn’t directly shine on the balcony at any point of the day. Easy check in and check out process. The host was highly communicative and quick to respond. It’s the little things… The apartment has all the little things you can think of. Spotlessly clean, toiletries, beach towels, beach chairs, beach games, boogie boards, and more. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. Loved our stay and loved the area. Will definitely be back!!

Wonderful family stay!
Beautiful location with beach view and access (yes, that photo is exactly what you see out the front window!). The beaches were wonderful for walking and swimming. Perfect, well furnished and equipped place for us and our two adult kids. We appreciated being greeted on arrival by Adlin who gave us helpful information. Luquillo is a wonderful place to explore the NE part of PR, including El Yunque rainforest park, bioluminescent kayaking in Fajardo and easy distance for a day trip to San Juan. We hope to return!

Beautiful place on the beach!
Loved our stay at Villa Palmer! This is a GREAT location if you are wanting to do the outdoor activities! Our group wanted to do the bioluminescent bay, snorkeling and the rain forest. The area around the apartment looked a little rough initially due to all the bars and gates, but I quickly realized that security is significant in most of Puerto Rico. We had no issues at all in the daytime but only were out at night coming back in our car after supper out. And no issues at all at night, but we didn’t walk around at night other than the parking lot. Multiple families and couples on the beach in the daytime, but never crowded. The apartment had everything you would want for the beach: beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel masks and mouthpieces, beach toys and multiple beach towels. Only thing I would have liked were blankets in the bedrooms if needed. I am used to sleeping w more than a light coverlet and sheet. Also, I stayed in the room w 2 double beds and the beds were SO HARD! Totally recommend a gel overlay for each if new mattresses are not in the near future. However, overall I would recommend this place.

Fantastic beachfront apartment!
We can’t say enough good things about this apartment! It was perfect for our family of 6 (4 young adults). The view from the comfy balcony is like a postcard. The apartment is well equipped - we didn’t cook, but did use the blender… - including lots of great beach gear. The beach is lovely, there are restaurants within walking distance, and Adlin (property manager) is a dream to work with. We would definitely come back!

Great first visit to PR
We had a wonderful first visit to Puerto Rico! If you are looking to explore San Juan and the northeast part of the island, this is a great stepping off point. We spent time in Old San Juan, visited the El Yunque Rainforest, did beach horseback riding, surf lessons at La Pared, and kayaked the bio-bay in Fajardo. The property was great for our family of four to spread out and have our own space as needed--especially important with teenagers. The view of the beach from the balcony was as good or better than the pictures. The property is clean and has lots of items for beachside and other entertainment. Martha was a communicative host/owner and Adlin was an excellent property manager. She gave us many recommendations on places to go, best time of day to do things, and lots of restaurant recommendations. She was also very timely in addressing things when we had an issue with the air conditioning/electrical. We would stay here again! Be sure to eat lots of local food (mofongo & seafood were all great), drink local coffee, enjoy some pastries, and go get barbecue at La Estacion in Fajardo!

Great location, great property manager, wonderful home
Everything was amazing. It’s a beautiful property located in a wonderful location, steps away from the beach and a very short drive to El Yunque. The home was incredibly clean, and Adlin, the property manager, was very attentive, without being intrusive. Check in and out was so easy, and Martha’s home was comfortable and so cute. Even with the power going out one evening, we were fine with the two backup power banks (even the WIFI stayed on). Thank you Martha!!

Family Vacation
What a beautiful view. We had such a fantastic time. It was the first time for our kids and parents to Puerto Rico and they fell in love with it just as we had our first time there. The view is spectacular, we had enough room for 7 ppl comfortably. It took a little bit getting used the the gas stove but we did it and were able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on the patio with the beautiful view and sound of the ocean. So worth our trip renting this condo and we cant wait to go back. Thank you to Adril who provided us with great places to shop and eat. It was a wonderful experience!

Very nice - right next to the beach. Stayed for a bit more than a week. Plenty of beach accessories in the apartment, so we didn't have to buy any. There's a grocery store a few minutes away. And loads of restaurants.

Villa Palmar was a beautiful condo. The beach was amazing. We vacationed with our 3 adult children. Our first night, there was an Urban Jazz concert on the beach. Sunrise on the balcony was breathtaking.Many excursions close by, but the beach was hard to leave, We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay in Luquillo
Villomar was the perfect place for our family to enjoy the beach, ocean, rainforest, and local areas. That view of the deck with ocean breezes was wonderful. Everything from check in to the lovely accommodations was easy…thank you for the stay… we want to come back!
