Spacious 3 Bedroom Condo steps from beach

Centrally located 30 minutes east of San Juan in the quaint town of Luquillo, PR, this beautiful three-bedroom townhouse condo easily accommodates 6-7
people. With two baths (both newly reno showers), living and family rooms and a spacious porch for enjoying beautiful Caribbean evenings. Our condo is just 60ish steps from the ocean and within walking distance to the number one beach in Puerto Rico. This is my paradise. I hope it will be yours...

Upstairs: The condo offers three bedrooms each decorated with soft colors of the ocean, sand and sun.
*Master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk-in closet.
*The back bedroom has a queen size bed.
*The front bedroom has a new double size bed.
All linens are included: sheets, blankets, bath and beach towels.

Down stairs: The family room is a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing, complete with a futon, recliner, TV, Cable, Internet, bar, and a laundry closet with washer & dryer. The full bathroom downstairs includes a shower. There is also a separate sitting room with a sofa and love seat, which are great for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, ice machine, stove, cooking utensils and all the comforts of home. There is a slow cooker, flat grill and many other kitchen gadgets for your use.

The spacious porch includes a table for playing dominos or eating meals cooked on the BBQ.

For your comfort, there are fans in most rooms and air conditioners in the family room and each bedroom. A constant ocean breeze makes sleeping wonderful, and air conditioners optional. Off-street parking is available. Sorry, no pets or smoking.

The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, a grocery store, the post office etc. Whatever your idea of paradise may be; we hope you will find it in Puerto Rico. Also within walking distance from the condo are the Luquillo Kioskos—the Puerto Rican snack capital. Sixty Kiosks are lined up in a row offering music, food, billiards and souvenirs. Some look like bistros, others like rustic food stands and yet others are full-fledged restaurants.

Nicely kept condo with lots of amenities. Very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Less than a 5 minute walk to a spectacular beach.

Had a great time in Luquillo PR. We stayed at Susys condo and it was great. Everything worked just fine. She was easy to work with and she answered our questions prior to the stay. Definitely recommend.

We loved the house and it was so close to the beach that we really used the boogie boards and beach chairs a lot. Clean and spacious! We had trouble getting connected for check in, but after that, everything went fabulously!

Great place!
We had a great stay! We loved being close to the beach and other locations. Grocery store across the street was convenient. We had a slight issue in the kitchen, contacted the owner and it was resolved immediately. Super sweet and helpful neighbors. Great size of home. We had a great time, nice to have a washer and dryer, hose to rinse your feet off after the beach. I would totally stay here again! Thank you Susy!

I came with my sisters to say goodbye to my Dad. He came to be put to rest with his family. The 3 sisters got to spend some time together after so long. The stay was very comfortable and we found lots to do especially with the beach so close. Our stay was great.

Slice of heaven
This was our first time renting with Suzy. The condo was just as described. Steps to playa azul, and short drives to places like the kioscos, Fajardo, and El Yunque. Beds were comfy, and kitchen was functional, and the open porch was a great place to have cafe con leche in the morning! Would definitely recommend for families and small groups!!

Everything was great. Everything we needed, there were a couple hiccups, but they were addressed quickly. There seems to be a few upgrades that weren't in the description. No more bathtub but new, large walk in showers. Everything we needed was there.

Beachfront paradise
I booked a two week family vacation in Puerto Rico at this property. It was within easy walking distance of nearby beaches (Playa Azul and Luquillo beaches) and was perfectly situated between San Juan, El Yunque and Fajardo so we were an easy drive to many destinations and activities. The property itself was as advertised; clean, homey, everything worked (we did have trouble with one of the A/C units but I think that was because the batteries in the controller were going bad). We loved the place and the location. I will definitely look to book here again the next time I come to Puerto Rico.

Great Family Vacation!!
This was a much needed vacation since the pandemic!! We had a great time. The check in and check out process was so easy. Susy was easy and great to work with. The neighbors are friendly. This property is so nice. A home away from home! It was relaxing and fit our needs. The beach is a few steps away. We will use this location again for our next trip to Puerto Rico. Good for families who want to spend every day on the beach
The rental was perfect for 6 adults (3 couples). Really short walk to the local beach, and a slightly longer walk to the Balneario de Luquillo and the kioscos. The apartment included all of the towels and chairs that we needed. The apartment is older, and a few lights or outlets need to be replaced, plus a few other minor repairs, but it is clean and well-appointed. Note that the bedrooms are on the upper level, in case there are mobility issues. Fast WiFi, but it didn't reach all the upstairs bedrooms. The onsite washer/dryer was a big plus. Tasty restaurants within walking distance.

We Struck Gold
We had a wonderful 2 week stay at this home. We ate breakfast and dinner out on the front porch each day. The king bed is so comfy and seriously the kitchen? If it’s not there you don’t need it. Such a well stocked property with cookware, spices, cleaning products, paper products. An added bonus was neighbors on each side who definitely minded their own business but also were so nice that we left as friends. I highly recommend this property. Suzy is amazing and your own personal wealth of information. Such a really neat person. We could not be more pleased.

Beautiful beach!
Steps away from the bluest water! Owner communicated extremely well. Neighbors were super friendly and helpful. We did have a roach issue. Understanding we were in the Caribbean, but every morning we awoke to 20-30 roaches. I did not contact the owner rather bought some traps. So she didn’t have an opportunity to fix the situation. We had dirty underwear in our room upon arrival. This place would be a shining gem if given a little tlc and maybe a new cleaning crew.

Great vacation
-- We rented for 15 days. The place is located, at walking distance, of a beach. Lest than 3 (driving) to gas stations, fast foods, pharmacies, Churches, and local kiosks. The area was very quiet and neighborhoods were nice. The place has 3 rooms (2nd floor), however, not bunk beds I had to get an inflatable mattress (We were 3 adults and 3 kids; 2 adults in 1 room another in the smallest room and 3 kids in one room) so my little girl could have a bed. There is a futon in the leaving room but no one wanted to sleep downstairs alone. The house is outdated, however, packed with many useful things (I believe people leave stuff behind and the host keep them; smart!!!) which was a plus to us. My mother rented a place nearby that was modern and it didn't have half of what Sue's rental offers. I'm a practical person so I didn't care if the place was modern. I would definitely rent with Sue again, in a heartbeat. Thanks, Sue!!!!

For the most part our stay was wonderful, all of us celebrating 70 rotations around the sun. But the Santa next door was reminded us of the Christmas holiday season every time a vehicle went by the homes

It felt like home
I overall loved the place very nice and clean ,spacious beautiful home. The only thing that was an inconvenience was the power going out twice during our week stay. It wasnt out for more than an hour and a half but it was pretty hot when it happened which made us miserable lol but other than that i would definitely book again... oh and make sure you rent a car because its like 45 minutes away from san juan but still a great place to stay! Also a beautiful veach is just a few steps away 😁
