Amazing Stay at Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino! Our family spent three wonderful days at the Sheraton Convention Center, and it was an unforgettable experience! The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, with stunning city views. The infinity pool was a perfect spot to relax, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. We loved dining at Metropol, enjoying authentic Puerto Rican flavors, and the casino added extra fun to our stay. The location was perfect, just minutes from Old San Juan and top attractions. If you’re looking for comfort, luxury, and top-notch service, this is the place to stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

Wonderful property with lots of activities and restaurants, cafes on site. Amazing in-room 24-hr dining service. The coffee shop is also open until 12am, which was really nice. Clean rooms. We could watch the New Year Fireworks from the pool deck. Complimentary shuttle to Old San Juan.

First off, this is now a Marriott property. Second, I’m glad I ignored the reviews. I was really expecting a terrible experience. We booked this at the last minute because we just wanted to go some place warm. Being the day before New Year’s Eve, it was hard to find flights and/or hotels to any Caribbean island, so we booked the first available and this was it. The hotel is very large with a small/medium size casino. For gamblers, there are live dealers as well as lots. It’s in a busy area with lots of hotels nearby, but you don’t get a resort feel at all since there’s no beach nearby. They have a nice size infinity pool and lounge area with bar. There was some construction going on in what looked like a hot tub or swim up pool area. No baby pool but there was a shallower end. The pool overlooks a T-Mobile complex with restaurants and a cinema. They had it set up for NYE and we had a fabulous view of the festivities below and the fireworks display. There’s a coffee shop and a few restaurants/bar. They offer a shuttle to beach and Old Sa Juan but it want running on schedule so we just uses Uber or taxis. Service was fine. All in all, a nice hotel if you’re looking for cleanliness, safety. Nothing fancy.

There are very limited options to eat nearby. The next door T-Mobile district is always crowded with average wait time of 1hr. The hotel itself has very limited seating in the lobby for people getting food from their cafe or via delivery. Outside food is also not allowed in the pool, leaving people hovering over the seats in the lobby to grab as soon as one is available.

The staff was wonderful and courteous. They have the best tasting local food menu for room service. Really convenient dinning option with The Metropol restaurant and Texas de Brazil in the facility. The Casino was a blast with live music. The T mobile District Center has more entertaining and dinning option a small walk from there. An overall great experience.

The overall resort is nice; however, the mattress was too firm for my liking. Also there was a stinch as soon you get off the elevator. It was centrally located to major attractions and uber was very accessible and cost efficient. The Infiniti pool was amazing. For the number of guest in the pool they need a larger pool or another pool on the property. Also, the hot tub was not operable which was a bummer. They also have shuttle service which was great!
