This Beach House located right on the beach facing the main strip. Walking distance to Ocean Park with all the city action: plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery store and bakery.

The beach house includes 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, patio BBQ area, game room and free parking. In addition, the property is only 5 minutes away from the Airport and Old San Juan.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ area and indoor patio with a Jacuzzi. The entire property is fully air conditioned and has cable TV & fast speed wireless internet. Dont forget to ask about the optional private chef availability.

Great house and location
I had a group of 18, and we had a great time! The location is good, near restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Z was great to work with and he gave us great hints about the island. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Beach House
Beautiful house, not even a block from the beach! Short walk to many amazing restaurants and bars on Calle Loíza. The host was very responsive and the house was plenty big to host everyone in the family. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Rico!

The Beach House
Great place to stay! Beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very, very close to beach. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. The host even had 4 beach chairs, several boogie boards, sandcastle supplies, a cooler, plus much more for the beach...even a surf board. I would highly recommend.

Great house for a large family
The house was perfect for our family of 12. Our kids and grandkids loved it. The pool table and ping pong table were put to good use. We walked to restaurants and the grocery store.

Ladies of Tattooing
A group of senior female Tattooers spent the week bonding and sharing stories in conjunction with the PR tattoo convention. The house was a perfect venue for a ladies sleep away camp! What a week!

We couldn’t ask for a more responsive p property manager. He went out of his way to make our stay wonderful Our only complaint was that the roof leaked during a heavy rain storm.

McCleary Beach House
Overall, it was a great stay. Wi Fi and phone service were spotty at best, which made it hard to get updates for the excursions we booked. No hot showers. But the property itself was true to the description. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was a short walk to the beach, which was great. We took advantage of the private chef, and that was absolutely amazing food. Very friendly and was so easy to make those arrangements. Would have been nice to have extra blankets/sheets. But there were plenty of things to use when going to the beach, chairs, cooler etc.

Wonderful Experience at the Best Property in Ocean Park Beach , PR
We traveled last week with my Father, sisters, and their families to celebrate our Dad’s 80th Birthday. The property was as described and had a lot of convenient stores, shops and restaurants within walking distances or a short Uber or Drive. The home was well equipped with bedding, towels, kitchen supplies. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the extras like pool table, ping pong table and hot tub after lots of daily touring and sightseeing. They also had a rolling ice chest, beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow for the 5 minute walk to the sand! It was so incredibly located. The property owner was exceptional and prompt to respond. I am excited to go back and stay here again. Thank you you helping accommodate us and helping make our stay very wonderful- our Dad was so happy.

Look no further and stay here!
This gem was perfect to host me and my friends for the long weekend! It's in the best location right outside old San Juan and the beach pretty much being the back yard. It's next to so many fun things to do in the main strip. The house was so nice and the hot tub was a dream. The host was also super available, communicative, informative and just all around cool. I strongly recommend reserving this spot if you're looking to have a blast of a trip!

Great place for big group!
Very nice property and good location. The beach, coffee shops and restaurants were walking distance. We had family reunion and stayed at the property for 5 days. The property was nice. The community with the property managers, Jaime and Zesar were great! I will recommend this place for big group!

This property worked well for our stay. It is less than 15 minutes from the airport, about the same distance to Old San Juan, and walking distance to lots of good dining and a grocery store. Also, the beach and a playground for the kids are just a block away. We felt safe the entire time we were there and coming and going. The layout of the house is all on one floor which was nice, though there are places where the level changes and you have to watch your step (mostly important for the elderly or young kids) or go down several steps to get to the game room and 2 bed rooms on that level. The property manager was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had to reach out to have him adjust the temperature of the AC a couple of times, as there was only 1 room with a thermostat we could control. Plenty of towels and wash clothes were provided but we had to go purchase soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

Nice but….
Let’s me start with the positive. The property manager is wonderful. He stayed in contact with us if we had questions, asked for late checkout, asked to get in early etc… and the property location was wonderful. We walked to the beach (less than 5 mins) bars, restaurants etc… Now the not so good stuff…. The house is old and in need of some major updating. I felt like we were transported back to the 90s. with the furnishings and decor. The layout is really odd. 7 bedrooms, but Only One bedroom in the house has a bathroom within the bedroom and it was one of the smallest bedroom in the house. The largest bedroom, requires you to take a short walk across the bar area. No one was not thrilled about that. You have to be ok sharing bathrooms or this house is not for you. The Cable cords are stapled across the doors, the bath towels /wash cloths were old (we purchased our own) the inside needs a good paint job and we could not figure out the how to cut off the darn lights in the common area. The area with the hot tub does not look like the picture on the website, lol. They worked the angles big time. We used it, and It wasn’t awful. The area where the Hot tub sits needs some decorating and general sprucing up. We did get a credit, because we had no internet or cable for 5 days!!!! We were told the cable lines were cut.

Beach house stay!
What an amazing time staying at this beach house! Location was perfect for our group as we were looking for something close to the beach as well as in the mix of the city life. The house is huge and much bigger than the pictures that are shown. Lots of space for our group of 18 to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. The game room was a big highlight for us! This house is literally a block away from the beach and the house provided chairs and coolers for us to take down and enjoy. We did not need a car at all because of the amazing location and being so close to bars, restaurants & Old San Juan. Overall had a great stay and would recommend for larger groups looking to enjoy everything Puerto Rico has to offer.

Beautiful, spacious home next to the beach!
Our group of 12 stayed at this location. The house was spacious with several bedrooms (some private, some shared), a large kitchen/living room, and 4 full bathrooms. The area was clean. There is a grill and washer/dryer unit, both of which work well. The hot tub was a nice place to relax! The host provided bath towels, 4 beach chairs, and several balls/boogie boards/beach toys. The house is less than a block from the beach, but you can’t see the beach from this location due to the large building surrounding the home. In order to access the home, you need a key for the gate and for the house. We felt safe with this extra security, although this neighborhood appears safe anyway as we walked around at all hours of the night.

Fabulous Venue for large group of family and friends celebrating a destination wedding!!!
The property was absolutely wonderful for our group of 18 gathering in Puerto Rico for a wedding! Bedrooms and bathrooms handled all our sleeping and personal needs perfectly. The large kitchen and living areas made it conducive for us all to be together to visit and cook and have fun! The game room was a blast and we spent a lot of time playing and laughing and enjoying! Being close to the beach and having all the beach stuff available to use (boogie boards, cooler, chairs and games) made it great for anyone to head to the beach any time of day or night to enjoy the beautiful water and play some volleyball! Walking distance to lots of fun bars and great restaurants made it easy for everyone to come and go and have their own Puerto Rican experience! Jaime was very easy to work with when we made our reservation, checked in and checked out! He was available for questions and was very responsive! This was our first time in Puerto Rico and staying in this house made it a wonderful and memorable experience!!!!

Amazing time
This property had everything it stated. Not a lot of beach chairs but they have lounge chairs for rent on the beach and umbrellas so it really isn't an issue at all. There were plenty of TV's and areas to relax. The beach was literally a block behind the house. The hot tub was great. We rented a car for 3 days so we could do the waterfalls and old San Juan. We ubered the rest of the time or walked. Overall it was the best vacation ever! East Island Excursions was the boat trip we took to Culebra and probably the absolute best day of the trip.

Great location. A block away from the beach, 10 minutes from old San Juan, a 5 minute walk to the grocery store. Near a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The house is full equipped. Very huge place. Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, dishes ect... the AC and hot works perfectly. Owner was great and friendly. The beach house was kinda hard to find at first but we finally found it... Thanks for hosting us

Quick Puerto Rican getaway
The experience was magnificent it was listed accurately and it was at the perfect location. Everything we needed was close by and a chef was a phone call away and the game room was spot on. Great experience and our host Juan was very helpful with all our questions.

The location was perfect... was literally 10mins from airport... footsteps to beach..and the house itself was EXCELLENT... would recommend to anyone going ...especially large groups to stay there... the owner was very friendly and helpful

Great location and VERY spacious house
Jamie's communication was great both before and during our recent stay. With a tropical storm on the way to the island, we didn't want to book until the last minute. The fact that this home has a generator and back-up water supply made all the difference. The house is very large. I am not sure if pictures can ever show that. Great for large groups of people. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Like all houses, there are some showers that are better than the others, but overall the bathrooms were larger than many of the places we have stayed in the past. The location is perfect. Easy access to the highways via car. Shopping, restaurants and beach are all within walking distance. Will be back again the next time we go to San Juan with a large group!

Beautiful house in the BEST location!
The house was spectacular. It was very clean, safe and secure. The description was exact. The location is perfect, you are walking distance to everything you'll need. We rented cars and ended up using Uber a lot. If I would do it over I would of just rented the vehicles the day we visited the rain Forrest only. The pool, ping-pong table & hot tub were added bonus! I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again when I return to San Juan. I highly recommend staying at Jaime’s Beach House.
