Great Stay!
Everything was just as detailed in the post. Nice clean, quiet neighborhood (besides birds), spacious apartment. 10/10 would recommend if traveling alone. Not too far from nightlife or beaches.

Ramon was an incredible host. He offered great communication, his apartment was very clean and well kept and had everything we needed. Very safe in the gated area, and very welcoming. Can’t wait to stay again and will recommend to my friends and family.

Two sides to every coin
Our stay was a pleasant one but with that said there are some things I would of like to have known prior to staying. Such as the place could be clean better. I didn't like findings previous renters hair in the shower. The pictures look alot better then the actual condition of the studio. I would also like to have known that the property is located in the landings path of the airport, so you hear them all day and night. The studio is large which it's a good and bad things meaning you have the extra space but it takes a long time to cool down. My recommendation is to provid a fan or ceiling fans to circulate the air it takes an awful time to cool the place. Especially with the rule of having to turn of the air conditioning when leaving the studio. The lighting can be bettet. Even with the windows open it's a bit dark. The best part of the place is that the neighborhood is really quite except for the planes and the parking is inside the gated property. The check in & check out process was very easy.
