We have generators and water cistern available, in this remodeled cozy apartment with amazing view to San Juan and Isla verde Beach, you can watch our planes land without any noise disturbance from the balcony, all the comforts and utilities available to serve the client, free high speed WiFi, Smart TV 50'' ( with access to Netflix, etc ) beach chairs and coolers, AC, hair dryer, Ironer and coffee maker. Two independent room, one bedroom with Queen and private balcony and the other one with a Full sized bed, independent entrance, with a free private parking , also the apartment have a confortable living room and a full kitchen, hot water.

Caribbean in Moderm apartment with all the comforts, near the beaches here you have a central point to go to all parts of the island and enjoy a unique vacation living a complete experience, next to excellent restaurants, a place where you can rent a car, a Jet Skit and enjoy great attractions, accessible and centrally located and equipped. Minutes from the airport and 4 minutes from shopping center, near by are also a luxury mall, local supermarkets Walmart and restaurants.
