The whole Apartment with 3 rooms! We left the original tiles from 1940 but refreshed the kitchen and the bathrooms are new. All the rooms have A/C, the living room have a TV and additional couch/bed for 2 extra guests. Ideal for a small families or a group. The apartment is a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, supermarket and stores. Very close to Loíza Street! 7 minutes from the airport

Great location close to everything. Not a luxurious set up but very well kept apartment with many amenities. Excellent value for money. Instant and excellent communications with host when needed. Will try and stay there for another wedding next year!

Wonderful home in the heart of San Juan
We loved being in a home with 3 bedrooms. Loved the balcony to enjoy coffee in the mornings or an evening cocktail. A short drive or within walking distance to excellent restaurants and the beach. We would definitely return.

We went for a week long stay and this house was perfect! It had everything we needed and it was also very cute. The patio was what really sealed the deal for us. It was also close to everything! The host was wonderful. I would definitely stay again!

Very good Stay
Great stay for the price. Location was convenient to everything. Only 16 minutes to Old San Juan, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Parking could be a little better. There is parking but it’s narrow and you can easily get blocked in. Owner was very responsive when needed. Very good stay. I would recommend.

We had an excellent time staying at this location. Location felt safe and close to many things by car. AC in bedroom worked great, was very cold. They also had fans for the living room area and a smart TV. Balcony was very nice for evening lounging. Would stay here again.

Close to everything
We had a group of four adults 28-35 age range. The location of this home is ideal to everything downtown, beaches and old San Juan. Short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bars or a short Uber ride to beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and Christian was very good at communicating.

We had 6 people in our group and the apartment fit us well. It is stocked with everything you need. Our host replied and problem solved for us immediately when needed. Love how close it is is to everything. Very charming. I would definitely stay again.

Overall the location was good. Had a problem initially with no AC at the place until halfway into the vacation, but host communicated everyday to my requests in a timely manner and made sure it was fixed. Location was good to get that local feel. Close to everything. Place was clean and tidy.

Santurce Stay
The property was clean, smaller than what we expected for 7 people (my mistake), but the price was great. The neighborhood was ok; however, it was only 10-15 minutes drive to San Juan. The highway was very close by and it can get a bit noisy (but we were gone most of the day). The host (Cristian) was great, he responded right away to any questions we had. He even allowed us to arrive earlier than check-in time!

Santurce Adventure
Family of 4 stayed at this property for 3 nights. Our adult children had not been to Puerto Rico before and this was the perfect launch pad for a few days in San Juan. Property was well stocked with all of the basics and was clean. It was easy to find. The outdoor space included with this rental was charming and made the space very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. We could walk to restaurants and beaches, area felt safe. Parking was easy and convenient. Would stay again.

We had a nice stay and the place was decent. The pictures are nicer than it really is but it worked for us because we were not there much. It was much smaller than expected. It seems more of a bachelor pad to me. It was confusing getting in but the neighbor directed us. There was no literature about the house in the house anywhere. The owner seemed annoyed with us and that was disappointing. We came from states so we were very limited with our cell services. We figured it all out and had a great time. Thank you.

The pictures were different from the actual property. The water pressure stayed low and had to be fixed constantly. Roaches everywhere. We literally went to the apartment to sleep. My whole family was disappointed. We were expecting something different, and got tricked. For future reference I will not rent from this property again.

Cristian was very responsive to our questions. The bedrooms were nice, and the beds and sheets were quite comfortable. The location was great for walking to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We ended up parking on the street instead of in the spaces on the sides of the building since the protocols were a little unclear (to be fair, we did not contact Cristian about it). There is a busy highway nearby, so there was some noise. We would stay here again.

Excellent Host
Cristian is an excellent host. We arrived at the property about 11:00 PM and VRBO had not sent me the check-in details. Cristian was very responsive and assisted with us getting into the property, even phoning me to ensure we were in. The property is within walking distance of restaurants and bars so it is a good location. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time in San Juan.

There were five of us all adults. The place was small but comfortable. Everybody had a comfortable sleeping area. 3 bedrooms and 3 Queen size beds, plus a sofabed and 2 bathroom with shower. We really enjoyed the balcony in the evenings. It was close to the beach and and to the malls, and restaurants.
