This unit is for a minimum of 90 days rental. Our Condo is an amazing three-bedroom property that affords a wonderful ocean view. The condo combines the modern comforts of your own home with a stylish and decorative interior. Living spaces are generous and inviting, and feature a range of modern and fully equipped amenities. Outside, a spacious balcony features an array of patio furniture and outstanding views of the ocean and the mountains. With 2 queen size beds and 2 twin size beds plus a futon, this condo can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Being single story and with elevator access, this condo is ideal for families with young children and for those guests with limited mobility. Infant crib and high chair are available too. Other amenities include high speed internet, 3 satellite TVs, air conditioning in all living spaces, dishwasher, washer/dryer, an electric grill on the balcony, and much more.

Located in Fajardo of northeastern Puerto Rico with 35 miles from the San Juan airport, Peña Mar Ocean Club has 24 hour security. The development has three pools, 1 children's pool, 1 tennis courts, one basketball court, one Jacuzzi, walking tracks, and an exercise room, playground and clubhouse. Our apartment has 2-car parking spaces.

Short walking or driving distance to Marina, Beaches, Golf courses, Gourmet and Puerto Rican dining, Hotel and Casinos, Bio Bay, Las Cabezas Natural Reserve, El Yunque Rainforest, and Groceries. Points of interests include the Bioluminescent Bay, lighthouse and museum, as well as scuba diving, snorkeling, boating, deep sea fishing, boat rentals, outlets shopping, horseback riding, hiking, birding, and swimming. Villa Marina has a wide range of sailboats and catamarans charters that are available to take you on daily trips to places for snorkeling or diving with full services for lunch, piña coladas, beer, music & snorkeling equipment. Nearby beaches are surrounded by tropical mangroves that attract birders. Daily ferry service to the islands of Vieques and Culebra.

Property was safe and quiet. I enjoyed the swimming pools. The queen size bed was not comfortable, the mattress was very hard. The furniture in the living room needs to be updated. The seat cushions were worn out. Overall was a pleasant place to stay.

Just what you are looking for
In a tropical paradise. The condo is roomy and clean (we had a large family group), and the big balcony is a highlight. It’s due for some updates in the bathrooms. I don’t think you can beat it for a safe, lovely vacay in PR. Plenty of nearby restaurants and Seven Seas beach has a nice new parking lot and food service.

Our family had a great stay. Very comfortable, well stocked kitchen and beautiful view for an affordable price. The grounds are well kept and the three pool were great. This apartment is in a great location. It is a short drive to seven seas for snorkling, the marina for excursions, and the bio bay. About 1 hour drive from SJU airport and the rain forest. Highly recommend Toro Verde zip line, especially the monster and beast. The apartment has a nice sized covered balcony for morning coffee and reflection. There were towels, toys, games, books and boogie boards in the closet. We highly recommend this place for budget conscious families.

The condo was perfect everything you could need was there, besides the food.The kids loved the pools. The different beaches were close by. You may want to have a rental car to get from place to place. Overall experience was great. Snorkeling was a five minute drive. But the rainforest was about 20-25 minutes.

Will be returning!! Amazing time!
The property was beautiful and our host was attentive and responsive. The check in went smoothly as well as the check out. The pictures do not do the apartment justice! It is roomy, well-kept, spacious and cool! Rooms have ACs, the balcony has an incredible view and it was overall a wonderful time. The pools were also great! We enjoyed the slide! Will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful view
Perfect place We had 7 adults and we were so in love with this place. So clean and everything was fully stocked. We had plenty of things there available from towels to condiments in the kitchen This place made our vacation perfect even in the mist of a level 5 hurricane. We survived it was prepared with hurricane shutters made us feel super safe to survive out this mess. Will stay here again awesome rental we have stayed in so many places in Puerto Rico this is my top choice.

The 3 bedroom condo is very spacious. Each bedroom had a TV, and AC. This was nice so friends could adjust their own AC temps. Condo had nice front loaders and even provided laundry soap. The balcony was spacious as well. We would set out there at night,with a cocktail and enjoyed the view of the ocean and mountains. I will rent this condo again.

Nice location, condo needs some maintenance
Our family enjoyed staying in Farjado, visiting Culebra and El Yunque and Luquillo beach. The location is central to this area but you definitely need a car to get around and do anything. The condo was great for four adults but has some deferred maintenance especially one bathroom where the shower was unusable. We loved our trip but would not return.

It is just as described. It has tons of sand and water toys. Its in a great location. My only complaint is the bathrooms were not clean. The showe walls had old shampoo and soap scum all over. It was nasty but only the showers, the rest of the condo was pretty clean.

Perfection!
Our first trip to Puerto Rico was made perfect by this beautiful condo! Our children were very realaxed and made our trip much more ejoyable. The boogie boards were a huge hit with my boys (13 and 10). They LOVED the pool with the slide as well as mom and dad! We went to Seven Seas and Luquillo Beaches, with Luquillo being the better of the two. The kiosks at Luqillo was an enjoyable tasty delight. The rocking chair in the master bedroom was a pleasure, but the deck in the mornings and evenings was total zen for us. I would love to come back and stay here again! Thank you for the use of your beautiful home!

excellent unit, good property
The unit is 5star. Well furnished with lots of amenities. Most unit owners skimp on toilet paper and dishwashing soap, and the other obvious things that you are going to need. This unit covers your bases with beach towels, beach chairs, laundry and dish detergent, etc. The condo property is only 4star. biggest markdown being that while we were there the hot tub was never hot, just pool water. Car is mandatory for this trip. Good scuba in area.

Great property, great time
We had a great weekend in the property. Very cozy, clean and well stocked. Xiaoming was a great host and help us with everything, from Wi-Fi to places to eat and have a good night out. The property, although accesible, is also very private and secure. 24 hour security and access controls. The apartment itself was very nice, with 3 nice rooms that can easily fit 6-8 people. Air conditioner on all rooms and even on the living room, but you really don’t need it since is very well ventilated. The balcony is big and well furnished. We had our breakfast everyday on it. My family and I are very pleased with our stay here and we definitely will use the property again.

We stayed for 8 nights. The unit is as pictured, very nice place with great views. Well equipped to make the stay comfortable. Satellite TV and good wifi. There are plenty of beach chairs, tennis rackets, beach towels, tennis balls, basket ball, games, books, etc. Very nice. Great location in Fajardo as well. Would highly recommend. We arrived with very little neighbors around. The overall property definitely got fuller for 4th of July. That night we had a neighbor with a barking dog on first floor, car alarms going off at 4am, noisy crying kids which we could hear clearly. Would say we were glad we arrived way before the crowd and left when we did. Not sure we could handle the barking dog all day and night.

We celebrated my son's 21st birthday here with his girlfriend, my daughter and her friend. We wanted to make it memorable but adventurous too. We came to the perfect place, especially during this time...less hot and crowded. The location of the condo was perfect for us. We were close to everything which made it very convenient, stores, ferry, beaches, and forest. I highly recommend reading the comment binder from previous travelers, great insight and suggestions! The condo was well equipped with everything from cooking, entertaining, to a day at the beach… lot of chairs and towels!!! The patio was nice; we had breakfast there every morning and a few dinners. I would only make one small suggestion. I wish there would have been a cooler as well for the beach trips. The owner also had the condo well stocked with toiletries (very grateful for that too). The condo was clean and orderly. We had no issues during our stay, the only thing was if you’re going to leave the premises get familiar with the gate attendants schedule. Otherwise, you will have to wait until he/she completes his/her rounds of the entire property; unfortunately there is no remote control access provided. We will definitely return! Thank you again Xiaoming and Family for sharing your home with us!!!

Great Stay and Responsive Owner
The location and facilities are exactly as pictured. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals for your family. The owner, Ziaoming, was very easy to work with upfront and throughout the stay. We needed a high chair and he ensured that there was a new one there prior to our arrival when a previous renter had broken there last one. There was also a portable playpen and a crib available. We appreciated the security of the location so we felt confident our rental vehicles and our personal belongings were secured in the condo. The one issue the entire stay occurred upon arrival and the owner was apologetic and made right by us despite the fact that it was not his fault. The complex lost our details for the security office and would not let us in for a bit. It was frustrating as we had an overtired toddler in the car but as I said the owner was kind and responsive. I would encourage future renters to be provided something if possible from the owner saying that the complex confirms they have all details -- I had sent everything and Ziaoming had done his part but the complex did not seem to know it had been sent-- following this one incident we had an amazing stay. There are lovely beaches nearby and El Yunque is close as well. The restaurants near the complex were very treats. The owners of other condos we met by the pools were lovely people as well. I would recommend this location highly.

Needs updates
The key situation is difficult with alot of people saying in same condo. All of the furniture is uncomfortable. The pools are great. Lot's of towels (well needed) we all had so much fun.
