Review of Sandy Hills apartment 8C VRBO

It’s a north eastern exposure so it gets sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. That’s about it for the good stuff. Now the bad.The apartment is poorly maintained. We arrive to a broken bathroom sink, literally cracked and missing chunks. The manager, Pablo, said he would fix it “tomorrow morning“. But nobody ever came. There was no light in the bathroom. The furniture in the living room was functional, but old and shabby. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The blanket was warm. The air conditioner, only in the bedroom, worked well. The window looking out from the bedroom was old and dirty. It couldn’t be opened.Everything in and outside of the apartment was rusty. The building is right on the beach so it’s understandable that things rust quickly. The bars surrounding the balcony were rusty and some spots were ruste
