ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFORMATION:
- Minimum age of 25 yrs. is required to book this Condo.
- You can submit your reservation request directly online (pay only 50% of the total cost to lock your dates now and pay the rest 30 days before arrival).
- During the high travel season rates are subject to change. Please consider locking in your reservation dates early.
-Additional Guest Fee (defined):
An additional guest fee for groups larger than 5 will apply to your nightly rate (this is industry standard for most island condominiums, hotels, and resorts). Please ask me if you have any questions about this fee.

*External Video Surveillance disclosure: please note, there is external video surveillance in the front of premises (outside door entrance area) and the rear of premises (towards lower, outside back building area). There is no video surveillance inside of our Condo. Your privacy and security is our mission too!

** Special Travel Note: A rental car is highly recommended to take advantage of everything our island has to offer. Especially if you are going to visit all the major points of interest like all the area local beaches, Rainforest, the Spanish Fort, Old San Juan city, high mountain range coffee plantations, and inside island countryside towns. **Uber and Lyft will be spotty in some parts of the island coastal areas and inside island country areas. Save your precious vacation time by renting a car right there at the airport, freedom of travel in a rental car is the best experience here on the island.

**Our local beach is a short 5 minute drive straight down from the Condo, it is worth the visit since it has seven amazing emerald green color hues (hence the name Seven Seas).

Also, our local beaches, tree canopies, and forests are protected by govt. conservation laws that prohibit the construction of private Condo buildings right on our treasured beaches.
