This Villa is perfectly suited for families who want to enjoy everything that a resort can offer (but not the prices). It faces the ocean and the rainforest in a magical stretch of land that gives a perfect spot for all that the island has to offer. There is a King (private bath) a Queen ( private bath) a bunk bed/trundle ( 3 beds) and a sleeper Queen sofa in the living room with another bath. It is a split level with a pool steps away from the property. It is fully furnished and very modern. Golf cart available for rent. Stay 7 nights or longer and the golf cart is free to use during your stay if it's available.

This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and I am so glad that we made this our home base for the trip. The space really was our home away from home, and our hosts were friendly and accommodating before and during the trip. The home is a short golf cart ride from the beach, and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. We were close enough to San Juan and El Yunque for easy day trips, but the location felt secluded. The focus on security was also a nice plus.

Paradise!
Our family of 6 had an incredible time here. The location is great, we rented a car and were able to find excellent restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The resort itself was incredible. We loved that the pool was just a short walk away with our kids. The villa was excellent and everything you need and could think of was provided. The communication with the host was very responsive and helpful! Everything you need and more!

First time to Puerto Rico
We were very happy with our stay, the property worked out really well for our family. It was wonderful to have a pool just steps out the front door and easy golf cart ride to the main hotel. We would definitely stay with Ana again, she was very commutative and responsive.

Great place
Villa was great for a group trip. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils making cooking easy. Spacious living area. Pool right across street from villa. Short golf cart ride down to beach. Resort area really nice, poolside bar and restaurant. About 30min drive to San Juan downtown area.

Wonderful Family Villa
This villa was perfect for a family vacation in Puerto Rico. A true home away from home the villa is cozy and has all the amenities. The neighborhood is wonderful and the pools are fantastic. The beach pool and beach access and chairs are a huge addition. The owner's communication is wonderful and responsive. There are 2 gates to enter and while one closes after 6:45pm the main gate is close by and a short drive. Highly recommneded and we would stay there again.

Absolutely oved the location (great beach, restaurants, activities all very close). Great communication, overall a great experience. Only thing to be aware of is that getting in/out of the condo can be a bit challenging later at night due to closer security gates closing requiring a longer driver through the entire property (clearly a very minor inconvenience).

VRBO on Wyndham Rio Grande property
Location was great to what we wanted for a family vacation!! Close to beach, pool right across from the property, golf cart made it so great to cruise around entire property. We were close to rain forest, great restaurants, shopping and other day trips for exploring by car. All amenities and conveniences and then some were provided by owners who were very helpful with every request we had!! Can’t wait for our next trip to the island!

Great stay!
Our stay in Ana's villa was fantastic. They were extremely responsive when we reached out about a few small things. Villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids had plenty of room to spread out and sleep accommodations were great. Location was convenient for all of our day trips. Plenty of restaurants were right down the road. Rain Forest was a short drive. Would definitely stay again if we end up vacationing in this area!

Outstanding Stay
We had an absolute fantastic getaway at this property. We had my family of 5 (my kids are 14, 18 & 20). The space was comfortable and well appointed. Beds are comfy, too. We had fun staying within the resort, as well as going off resort for tours, restaurants, rainforest, bio bay, snorkeling etc. The golf cart was terrific to have to get to the beach and the casino/resort amenities. Ana and Ian were terrific to work with. If we find ourselves in PR again, we will definitely book here!!! Thank you, Ana & Ian ☺️

Fantastic stay
Brought the whole family, ages ranging from 6 months to 62 years. Everyone enjoyed our stay. The house was just what we needed, golf cart was a HUGE bonus, although the larger pool and beach are certainly walkable distance. The host was very communicative before and during the stay. They even got us a high chair, pack and play, and a toddler bed so we could make it work for our family. Highly recommend this host and this property. The smaller pool was right outside the villa, and I think we were the only people to use it during our entire stay.

Spacious Stay
The property was as advertised- it was spacious and suited us for the five adults that were vacationing together. We enjoyed the pool across the lot and the pool & beach accessible with the golf cart. We really enjoyed having access to the cart! We found the ocean to be rough in this location- I'm not sure if this was typical for this location or whether it was the time of year, but we explored a few other beaches in search of calmer waters. The villa is very close to the rainforest, which was fun to explore. The owners were responsive and helpful!

Good location. Property needs some repairs. 3rd bedroom was like a closet. No windows. Nice amenities-beach chairs, cooler, game closet, golf cart. Dining tables too small. Water was not hot in showers-faucets confusing. Property next to Wyndham resort but we didn’t have access to any amenities at resort. Listing was confusing.

Thanksgiving Stay
Nice property and in a good area. The complex is huge and very confusing at night, make sure to get all your items before 7pm when the closest gate closes near your unit, otherwise you must drive a long distance to get in and out. Very secured complex which was nice. This unit is nice, but a bit dated. The golf cart is a must as the beach is quite a distance by foot from the unit. The owners do a good job communicating. Overall a nice place to stay. Communication on entering pools and such would be nice to know prior to booking. This can be challenging at times.

Puerto Rico beach vacation
The location of the villa was perfect . Near the beach and pool. The beach was clean and easy to get too. The beach area has food and drinks. 10 min drive to the rainforest. The villa was well maintained. We had everything provided beach towels , beach chairs and beach accessories . Very spacious…. Ian was very helpful met us at the villa gave us a tour. He responded to our texts immediately. The golf cart was a bonus, made it very easy to get around. Lots to do around this area bourse back riding, kayaking , hiking , hopped a ferry to Vieques and Culebra a must see….We would definitely consider staying again….

Amazing rental
We loved staying at this rental! Location is amazing very close to El Yunque and less than 40 min from San Juan and Fajardo. Grocery stores are also not too far from the house. The kitchen has everything a person needs to prepare and cook food and the house is comfortable and feels like home. Everything you need for the beach is available for use! Having the golf cart available was a huge bonus! We could take everything down for the beach with minimal effort. The beach and larger pool are about an 8 min golf cart ride; definitely worth renting for 7 nights to have use of it! The cluster pool is right outside the door of the house and never had other people in it. 10/10 highly recommend this rental; great for larger families or friend groups!

Great spot!
Excellent place to stay. Family of 5, 3 teens. Had a great time. Condo was near rainforest (we did two great hikes), adventure trips out of Fahardo (we went to culebra and Iocacos snorkeling and kayaking). But best of all was the beautiful beach and beachside pool in this condo complex. The host Ana was really nice and responsive to any of our needs. Clean, comfortable, open space. Spent a few nights cooking in the cool kitchen. Nice patio to relax in at night. A pool right outside the front door that we used a couple of times at night. Compared to the other choices we were looking at, we definitely made the right Choice. Highly recommended.

Extraordinary experience
We have rented dozens of marvelous properties over the last 20 years. This one is among the very best! Ana and Ian were perfect hosts, quick with communications and always helpful. The villa (a condo) could not have been more perfect; it exceeded our high expectations. It has EVERYTHING we needed, including necessities (to us!) like tissues in every bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen, and plenty of glassware, dishes, nice pots and pans, bowls, utensils etc. We enjoy making our own supper “at home” on vacation and we lacked nothing in the cooking department! The beds and pillows were super comfy, the AC system was perfect, there were plenty of nice towels for showering and the beach and poop! The very large terrace was like having a wonderful outside room for coffee and relaxation. The villa complex was lovely and the pool next to the condo was HEAVEN! The beach was a 5 minute drive and there were two ADDITIONAL nearby beautiful pools. We cannot say enough positive things about this property and its hosts. We look forward to coming back!

Location Location Location
This property is in a fantastic location for all the NE part of the island and the resort has to offer. This "Cluster's" OWN pool is right outside this unit. The "Villa's " Beach Front pool and private beach access is only a 3 minute cart golf cart ride. Rain Forrest and related tours 25 minutes, Bio Bays 30 minutes, SJU Airport 35 minutes. Abundance of Restaurants along the main Hwy Rt 3. Luquillo and Fajardo 15 minutes tops . The King and Queen Beds were comfortable. Clean Unit. Everything Worked, No Issues. Sunrise on balcony side. There is a Dehumidifier you can plug in for those high humid days to remove that island dampness. Individual Room AC Units. Unit as pictured . Ian, the property manager meets you upon arrival and reviews everything about the grounds, amenities available and the unit with you. Vey helpful.

Incredible location, home and hosts
Ana and Ian were fantastic hosts. Check-in was super easy and Ian gave me a tour of the whole Wyndham property. The golf cart was great to have as it is a very large property and made traveling through the campus much easier. The Villa was stocked with games, movies, etc. There was a ton of space, modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We ran into an issue with some construction that was happening outside our villa which was very annoying but Ian and Ana did everything they could to get it all resolved. They eventually offered a refund of a night because of the issues even though it was not their fault. Our flight was a late night flight and they both made accommodations that allowed us to stay on the beach all day and come back and shower. As hosts, they are truly the best we have ever had. Thank you so much for making our family vacation one to remember forever.

Our stay
The villa was nice and in a great location. The pool wasn’t open for use at any time. An appointment was needed due to Covid, but other pools had no restrictions. This was a little disappointing. The bathrooms were not very clean. The master bath had hair and dust all over the floor, toilets, and bathtub, and some dead bugs on the floor in certain spots on arrival. We had an issue with an air conditioning unit making noise which they fixed right away. The place could have been much cleaner but we wouldn’t rule out staying here again. Overall it was nice and the villa owners were great.

Perfect Getaway in Paradise
Our family of six, husband, daughter, son-in-law, 12 year old grandson and 9 year old granddaughter just got back from a 10 day wonderful vacation. Our villa was perfect. Ian met us at the Wyndham, escorted us to our villa and gave us the grand tour. The villa had was beautiful and very comfortable with three full baths. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed except a good wine opener. We had beach towels, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. our grandson commented that the villa felt like home with its comfy decor. The golf cart was a plus as we used it to go to the beach and drive around. It was a short distance to the pools and the beach. Two drawbacks: no gas grill and only one king bed. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Breathtaking views
The owner, Ana, was very easy to communicate with whether it was via email or text, as well as her brother, Ian, whom hosted us upon our late arrival. They both went above and beyond for us in order to make our stay a pleasant one. We stayed for 8 days and it was absolutely amazing; the views, the people at the villa, the food, and the beach. There was a couple of items that were having issues prior to our arrival, but it was manageable; not a deal breaker for us. Bathroom to the queen size master; the toilet was running constantly. Also, the A/C wall unit to the king size master had a loud noise when the pump was full. Again, this were not a deal breaker, it was manageable within our stay. There is also a nice place to eat right around the corner called “Richie”, we highly recommend it. The view is breathtaking and the food is amazing. Overall, our stay is definitely a 5 STAR. We will be staying at the villa again, hopefully soon 😊. Thank you, Ana and Ian you guys were amazing!

pleasant and sufficient for our needs
We stayed here for a week, and the experience was mostly a good one. Some highlights included: having a golf cart available (it's a big property), nice kitchen (could use a pizza cutter and a couple spare washcloths!), beach toys and towels provided, laundry machines, very responsive and kind hosts, the security of being on the resort property, and generally having the space we needed to be comfortable as a family of six. The biggest downside was that a hot tub was on our list of "must-haves" for the place we rented, and it was listed when we booked 8 months beforehand, but the hot tub was not operational. Our family likes to spend basically each evening of a vacation in the hot tub before bed. But, I don't blame the hosts for this because the hot tub was likely functioning back when we booked. I hope the Villas will remedy this. We also had one fairly significant maintenance issue with the upstairs shower that we had to clean up after, but the hosts were very responsive, apologized for the inconvenience, and asked if we'd like a plumber over to to fix the problem (we opted to shower in the other two showers, but hopefully they'll have the upstairs shower looked at now that we've departed). One important thing to note is that you do not have access to the hotel's pool area when staying in these villas. You do have access to the 2 Villa pools, which are sufficient but nowhere near as amenity-filled as the hotel's pool area. Overall, we were comfortable here and it met our needs (besides the hot tub). It was not a luxurious rental, but comfortable and sufficient.

A Month of Sun and Temps in the Eighties
We, of course, found this rental through Homeaway. This was our first time booking with Homeaway. Things went smoothly. The Villa is in good central location, clean, secure, good appliances, nice deck, comfortable living room and convenient bath on main floor. The bedrooms are good-size and comfortable and the laundry facilities nice to have. It had everything we needed. Anna, the owner, was kind and attentive to our needs. She gave us good, helpful advice. We loved the beach and soft sand. There were very few people and chairs were available. Postcard Perfect! There was a big pool next to the beach with loungers, chairs and tables, showers and bathrooms. It's walkable but we preferred driving. We enjoyed the smaller pool, a minutes walk from the villa, that had the same amenities. We were about forty minutes from San Juan, out of the busy city but close enough to stores, restaurants, activities, attractions, etc. We enjoyed the small town of Palmer which is right across Hwy 3. There are a couple of cute shops, post office, bakery and some favorite places to eat: Lluvia, Antonjitos (try the french toast)and Mi Vida. Don Pepes was good, too. Other favorite eateries were the Brass Cactus and the kiosks in Luquillo. For take-out, try the barbecue at El Verde. We had some meals after purchasing food at the grocery stores; Econfood, Amigos, Ralph's(best), Walmart. All were within ten minutes driving time. For a great view, go to Richie's and if your lucky Mark will help you out. You are also close enough to go to El Yunque Rainforest, Luquillo, or Fajardo(where you get the ferry to Vieques and Culebra or spend time sailing and snorkeling with Erin Go Bragh). We had a wonderful time. Great vacation!
