Nice Apartment Near Beach
Enjoyed our stay with our 3 Adult Children. Nicely appointed apartment. Clean. Mercedes was a great host. Responded quickly to all of our questions. Less than 10 minutes to Seven Seas Beach which has trails to hidden beaches and to the Nearby nature preserve. Also close to the entrance for El Yunque

For the second year in a row we stayed at this rental for part of our Mother’s Day celebration! Great location and host. We like that it is in the same level as the parking lot and easy access to the pool which is a very short distance away.

We took our 16 and 18 year old boys to Puerto Rico for the their first time. This was a great place to stay on the east side for a culturally immersive experience! It is not a tourist resort, which may be a good or bad thing based on your preferences. We aren't fond of resorts and loved the local resturants, bakerys, supermarkets, and pubs where we met new, local friends. The apartment (and whole complex) is clean and very safe and secure! Mercedes was a wonderful host, and we all agreed the beds were even better than our own! Ha! One word of caution to senior travelers: my 80 year old parents asked if I thought they would like it and I told them the apartment has easy access as it is on the main floor, but there are 3 flights of steps to the pool, and all the local beaches we went to require parking and walking a little ways. The view was so amazing it was literally calming. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We loved the pools. You can smell the cleanliness when you walked in the apartment which was the most important thing to me.

The condo was nice and was a safe complex. We liked the pools, our 4 year old swam in them almost every day. The condo had most everything we needed for cooking, was missing a few items but we made due. The location was really nice for beach hoping- you are not far from several great beaches- although you need a car to get there. Fun to watch the marina from the balcony.

Our stay at the condo was fantastic! It was clean and the views were awesome! There was a hammock on the balcony which was enjoyable when the breeze blew. You definitely need to be prepared to either rent a car or some other transportation to get around. Restaurants within walking distance. It’s a gated community and we felt secure. You get two parking spaces to the unit. I can’t say enough about Mercedes!! She was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had! Would highly recommend to anyone for a stay!

The property felt very safe and the entry gate was strictly monitored. The owner always responded right away to questions and even had her son assist us with the TVs! When we walked into the apartment, I immediately noticed how clean and comfortable it was, and it quickly felt like home.

Great Condo
We stayed in this condo for three nights on a recent trip to Fajardo. It accommodated our group of four perfectly. We were originally going to have six staying and it would have worked great with six also. The condo was clean and comfortable, the views were fantastic, and the complex felt safe and secure. There were not too many restaurants or activities within walking distance, but if you have a car, it is only a short drive to open up many great options. Mercedes, the host, was easy to communicate with and she would reply to any questions we had quickly. She also provided us with some restaurant and activity ideas. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if ever in the Fajardo area in the future.

The condo is beautiful and well stocked. Very comfortable! For visitors, I'll note that a car is necessary (we almost didn't get one, which would have been as mistake) because really nothing is walking distance, but a lot of things (awesome Beaches, restaurants, etc) are 5-10 min drive

No need to look anywhere else
We had an awesome stay in Fajardo at this property. The location had an amazing view of the harbor and sunsets. The multiple pools, close locations to marinas and restaurants was perfect for our family. But the main reason to choose this property is the owners. Mercedes was so accommodating, friendly and helpful - you feel like you are apart of her family. When we come back to Puerto Rico, we look forward to booking with Mercedes again.

Family Getaway
We could not have been more pleased with our stay. This was our last stop on a three week family vacation back home to the island and Fajardo. Mercedes is an awesome host and the apartment was perfect for us all. Really enjoyed that I could use the infinity pool and the kids had fun at the pool with a slide. My favorite part was just chilling on the balcony watching the boats go in and out of the marina. Wish I was there this morning with my cup of coffee.

Great stay
We stays for 4 nights for part of our 10 night visit to PR and this condo was perfect for us! Plenty of room for 3 teens and parents. Plenty of hot water. Great balcony where we spent most evenings with a nice breeze. Security excellent. We did not visit the pools or gym but they looked very nice. Great ground floor entry for ease. We flew from Ceiba to Vieques one morning and it took less than 15 minutes to get there. Don't hesitate to book! Apple maps "PenaMar" is easiest for directions
