Mother’s Day Getaway
For the second year in a row we stayed at this rental for part of our Mother’s Day celebration! Great location and host. We like that it is in the same level as the parking lot and easy access to the pool which is a very short distance away.

We stayed here and it was just perfect! The location is so convenient and around everything. Mercedes is such a wonderful host. She treated us like family and was super responsive. The condo was everything we needed and super roomy. We felt safe at all times and it was so quiet at night to rest for our long adventure filled days while in PR!

The view was so amazing it was literally calming. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We loved the pools. You can smell the cleanliness when you walked in the apartment which was the most important thing to me.

Mercedes was communicative throughout the stay. The place was as-described and very clean. We spent a lot of time on the patio with everyone taking turns on the hammock. The place was quiet and felt safe. Would stay again.

Lovely apartment, view, convenient for exploring
The apartment, balcony and pool were all lovely for relaxing. But it was also a great location from which to see El Yunque, bioluminescent bay, and a day trip to Vieques. I would definitely return if we ever have the chance! 6 adults were very comfortable in the space.

The condo is beautiful and well stocked. Very comfortable! For visitors, I'll note that a car is necessary (we almost didn't get one, which would have been as mistake) because really nothing is walking distance, but a lot of things (awesome Beaches, restaurants, etc) are 5-10 min drive

Beautiful location and lovely place to stay
We absolutely loved our stay here. Mercedes is a wonderful host and the condo is spacious. We had our family of seven fit comfortably. It’s easy to access the beaches nearby or to take the ferry to Vieques or Culebra. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property also had a nice swimming pool and exercise room. We would love to stay here again.

Spring stay
The condo was nice and was a safe complex. We liked the pools, our 4 year old swam in them almost every day. The condo had most everything we needed for cooking, was missing a few items but we made due. The location was really nice for beach hoping- you are not far from several great beaches- although you need a car to get there. Fun to watch the marina from the balcony.

The property felt very safe and the entry gate was strictly monitored. The owner always responded right away to questions and even had her son assist us with the TVs! When we walked into the apartment, I immediately noticed how clean and comfortable it was, and it quickly felt like home.

No need to look anywhere else
We had an awesome stay in Fajardo at this property. The location had an amazing view of the harbor and sunsets. The multiple pools, close locations to marinas and restaurants was perfect for our family. But the main reason to choose this property is the owners. Mercedes was so accommodating, friendly and helpful - you feel like you are apart of her family. When we come back to Puerto Rico, we look forward to booking with Mercedes again.

Mother’s Day Getaway
The property was very clean and met the needs of our family. The views from the balcony are fabulous and so refreshing. The fitness center and one of the pools with the jacuzzi is very close to the unit. Several excursions depart from the nearby harbor and there are many nice places to eat nearby. We travel to Puerto Rico at least once per year and will definitely stay here again. The owner was very responsive when we reached out.
