KASA Skyview Luxury Loft Style 15th floor Condo

Our private apartment we call "Skyview" is a 15th floor, beautifully decorated, Luxury, Loft style apartment with incredible views over the city to the mountains of Puerto Rico. “Skyview” is brand new to the vacation rental market and is in one pf the premier condos in the area.

The apartment situated between Condado and Old San Juan, is in the secure gated Atlantis Condominium. This bright, loft style apartment provides sleeping for 2 in a Queen bed with full bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, 4 burner electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glassware and silverware. We provide all linens, pillows, towels, bathroom amenities, iron/ironing board and hairdryer. A washer/dryer is conveniently located in the kitchen closet. Beach towels and beach chairs will be waiting for you! The living room has a smart TV for those nights when you just want to stay in and watch Netflix or Prime after a beautiful day at the pool or the beach. The apartment is air conditioned and has high-speed WIFI. This beautiful apartment is in a SUPER location with quick access Condado and Old San Juan. And about a 5 minute walk to Balneario Escambron Beach, Caribe Hilton, Mortons, Fogo de Chao and more. Just 15 min from Luis Munoz International Airport, 10 min to Old San Juan, 40 min to El Yunque. UBER or taxi to anything around, Old San Juan, Isla Verde and Condado and beyond.

We are nearby and and attend to our guests personally.

This condo was perfect! The view from the condo is amazing! You get a full view of the city, and it is in a perfect location right between Old San Juan and Condado. There is beach access close by and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. The condo itself is beautiful and has a great kitchen. The only thing that could have been improved it that there was no hot water in the shower. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone coming to Puerto Rico!

We had a great stay! Very comfortable bed. The only thing i would say is that the shower didn’t get hot at all. And the dryer would only dry with one or two lite items in it. Other than that this was really nice.

The condo's beautiful decor and comfort added to the overall positive experience. The prompt response from the owners when we encountered a hot water issue showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction, resolving the issue swiftly. They also provided us with recommendations for fabulous restaurants off the beaten path adding a special touch to our experience and enhancing the overall stay. Their local insights truly contributed to making our time in San Juan memorable. Furthermore, the consistent presence of someone at the entrance of the condo building added an extra layer of reassurance. The condo was extremely comfortable and the location was great - close to a beautiful beach and Old San Juan and a number of restaurants are a short drive or Uber away. The amenities we really appreciated: well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in condo, underground parking, beach chairs, towels, cooler in the closet, constant/competent staff at front desk of the building. We also loved the view from the floor to ceiling windows.

Lovely bright studio with views over the busy harbor, which I loved, and just a few minutes walk to the best swim and snorkel beach around. Comfy. Lovely kitchen. Nice restaurants on the road behind the building, casual to fancy.

Felt very safe staying at this property. Easy check in and out. Appreciated the recommended website for ideas for exploring the area. Loved watching all the activities out the window (planes landing and taking off, cruises coming in etc. ). It was very quiet but the evening lights were beautiful! First time in San Juan. My girlfriend and I were celebrating our birthdays. This space is very nice and comfortable. Its really close to a beach but everywhere else was a cheap Uber ride or scooter worthy. Staff at the front desk were friendly and property manager was very responsive when we had one small issue. Highly recommend this space and I plan on coming back.

Don’t let the drive in fool you! Peter’s place was a wonderful accommodation! It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and a lovely morning stroll into the heart of Old San Juan. The staff and guests were all extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be sharing his info with friends and family.
