Court yard makes great area for gathering. All Units have full Baths and kitchen. There are 22 beds and multiple sofa beds. All smart televisions are installed in each bedrooms and main living rooms. Walking distance to the Ferry that takes passengers to Old San Juan. Strong WIFI & Water reserve with Hot water to all Showers.

Six individual rooms with multiple beds in most. All the kitchen and amenities that you need. Thereā€™s a nice patio on the property for the people to gather at many restaurants within walking distance never felt unsafe.
