This apartment is located on the first floor which grants you direct access to the Lagoon, making it easy for you to relax under the sun, enjoy the magnificent view or begin your kayak/paddle board adventure.

Lovely!
My partner and I LOVED our stay! The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit and there were great restaurants in walking distance. We used the patio every day for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! It was also nice to have access to chairs and the kayaks!

This lagoon apartment was the best!! My husband and i were there for a week. The apartment was more than enough room for the both of us. The back patio has the best views imaginable. Just a few steps and you're at the water. The air in the apartment was great and stayed cool the whole time. At first our televisions didnt work (due to a storm the previous week that blew the circut boards of the tvs) but i messaged Jorge and he responded promptly and even bought a new television and had it replaced. Everything is withing walking distance plus there are plenty of scooters you could rent. The water was 84 degrees which was refreshing while in and refreshing when getting out with the breeze. Will definitly use again and recommend this place.

Great location
Wonderful little apartment. Close to great restaurants and beach and just a quick Uber ride away from Old San Juan. I didn't try the kayak or paddle board because I don't know how to use them or even which ones were for my use, but the lagoon was beautiful and it looked like people were really enjoying it. It was a great spot for coffee in the morning.

Perfect location
The apartment was absolutely perfect for my long weekend stay. Its right in the heart of Condado with lots of restaurants and retail opportunities very close by. The apartment itself was very clean and super comfortable. My only complaint was that the security gate to the building wasn't working one night, and I was not able to get ahold of the owner. I almost missed a reservation because I could not get out of the property.

Nice get away place too
We stayed here for our 50th anniversary from April 30th to May 6th. It was a very nice place right on the lagoon and quite area close to Old San Juan. We did have a little problem getting in but Jorge was available by phone to help us. The place was clean and we stayed for 2 nights before we had a problem. The problem we had was that we were talking to our friend and had roaches crawl across the floor. Also when we were getting ready for bed there were several more. There was a can of spray in the corner but I don't feel it was my responsibility to deal with this problem. Luckily our friend asked us to go stay with her for the rest of our time in Puerto Rico. As I said in the beginning the place was lovely but the roaches were the big problem.

Weekend wedding getaway
We had a good stay at this unit. The bed was very comfortable, instructions for getting in and out for a very clearly explained. But offered a parking spot that was included as well. Access to the kayaks and paddleboard were great. Wonderful being able to, enjoy the lagoon that it is literally steps away from your back porch. If you’re going to be doing a lot of cooking, be aware as a small kitchen. Plenty big enough for making breakfast, but maybe a little bit tight if you are making a big meal. A washer and dryer for keeping your clothes clean as an added bonus. They had several TVs. They were also nice if that is important to you. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of accessories for making things like toast, mixed drinks, etc, pots, and pans, but you only have a two burner stove. We would not hesitate to come back again.

Wonderful mini vacation!

The Most Ideal Place to Stay in San Juan
My partner and I visited Puerto Rico for the first time in February, and we chose to stay at this incredible location. It was perfect for what we needed staying only half a way, located next to the hustle and bustle of the city. There are incredible restaurants all within walking distance. We had local food, Italian, sushi, oysters, and more right in our backyard. With a car, San Juan was great to do day trips and we felt secure in this warm home away from home. Now, we are just two people, anymore than that might feel a little cramped in the space. However, the bathroom is beautiful redone and waking up to the gorgeous sunrise on the water is something that can’t be beat. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Convenient Location
The apartment is located in the heart of the Condado district. We really did not need a rental car. We walked to Old San Juan and back and was able to avoid the hassle of finding parking.

50th Birthday In P.R.
This property was perfect for what I needed to celebrate my birthday. Located in the heart of Condado, close to hotels, bars, restaurants, cigar lounges, corner markets, etc. Property was clean, sitting on the deck in the mornings was the best. Great for 1-2 guests or maybe even 3 with the couch out front. The process was seamless and everything was as promised. Can a little warm in front room but just leave the bedroom door open during the day and let the AC blow through the unit. Would definitely stay again when I come back to visit.

This is the perfect location to enjoy the Condado neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio overlooking the Lagoon- from morning coffee to watching the sunset with a cocktail. Loved it!

2nd Trip in Condado!
Read my review from May of '22. Again, great experience and perfect location. Some renovation since our last trip. The bathroom is larger and more accommodating. The shower is all tiled and very convenient and the vanity/sink has way better room than originally designed. Also, an added TV in the bedroom was a great addition. Otherwise, great experience, and Jorge was present and responsive. We even met him a couple times in passing. Would recommend for your trip to PR!

Not a place I'd recommend *Ant infested*
The unit was literally infested with ants. They were on the walls in the bedroom, crawling all over the entire bathroom, floors, walls, the kitchen counter, ect.. With all the traveling we've done, we have never encountered a situation like this. It was horrible! When complaining to the owner, he did nothing. We never saw him the whole time we were there for 5 days. After multiple complaints in messaging, the last day of our stay a nice man showed up to spray some stuff around the house, it did not do anything and they got even worse. Totally unacceptable. It ruined our vacation. As far as the property. It was way too small for even 2 adults. The check in was easy, but that's about all we could say on a good note. The AC unit only cools the bedroom, so we had to be gone all the time. Our luggage had to be put on top of the one couch in the living room so ants would not get into them, even though it was way too hot to even sit in the living room. Although sitting outside on the back patio in the evening was pleasant, you see multiple huge rats running back and forth and underneath the porch while you're sitting. The light and the fan in the living room seemed to be wired together. The light would flicker constantly and not stay on, so of course you cant see anything. Also, no smoke detector. Absolutely no communication! In fact, the landlord left us a very not nice sarcastic message on our last day.

This apartment has a great location: On Condado Lagoon, 2 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, in the middle of the Condado tourist area, a 10 minute Uber ride from the Old City, and a mile or 2 from the Santurce museums and vegan restaurants. We ate many meals on the patio overlooking the Lagoon and used the free kayaks. The bathroom has been remodeled and is now full size. However, the kitchen is small with very limited counter space, which made cooking a challenge.

An Amazing Christmas in Condado
The property was simply awesome. Every morning we enjoyed fresh brewed local Puerto Rican coffee outside overlooking the lagoon and watched the sea turtles, manatees, and numerous species of fish frolic in the water. At night we enjoyed cocktails and champagne while watching the sunset on the lagoon. The view is spectacular. We also enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards provided by the owner. The owner was extremely accommodating and was awesome to deal with. The property has everything you need. Also, it is important to note that the bathroom has been totally renovated and was more than spacious enough. The kitchen has everything you need. The air conditioning and ceiling fans were great. In addition, the wifi was wonderful. The location of the property is perfect. It is close to so many restaurants, rooftop bars, hotel pools/bars and beaches. The neighbors in the area were awesome and provided us with restaurant recommendations. Even though the owner provides a very valuable parking spot, we utilized Uber to get around the island and never had any issues. It was truly a Christmas to remember. We look forward to our next visit to Condado.

Decent experience overall but had its rough bumps…
The place has a beautiful view. A/C worked perfectly. Very clean place. Only two things that really were off was 1) the couch in the living room had a dent in the middle which made it uncomfortable to sit on. (We could not use it) 2) the TV in the bedroom for some reason showed a clear picture during the Home Screen however when we would try to watch a app then it would darken the picture and we could not fix it at all. Communication with the owners/manger was poor. When we got to the place a huge curtain was falling off its rails in the living room. I called the owner/manager he stated he would send someone the next day to fix it however we never got a call back and we ended up fixing it out selves. Communication could have been a much better and i feel the initiation to make sure your guest are good and all is well should be made by the owner of property or person managing the property.

The Deck is Amazing
The deck on the back is amazing and everything it was said to be in the listing. The bathroom said it was small but was surprised to find the sink is so narrow that my GF and I (both relatively small) had to brush our teeth in the kitchen. There is one A/C unit in the bedroom so it is hot it can get warm in the living room. Towels , beach chairs and an umbrella were all provided. We did not see the property manager/owner once during our stay but a resident of the bldg was able to advise us on some local restaurants and the like.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Lagoon view is beautiful, the best sunsets. Easy, free access to kayaks was great. Kitchen has everything we needed to make breakfast as well.
