Nice locale
Nice place with a good location.The building is a little worn. And the grid's power went out but overall and adequate place to stay. Restaurants nearby were convenient.

Great place for pre-cruise in San Juan
Great location. Satisfied 4 adults. Easy access to eating, shopping and entertainment places. Beach was wonderful. Access to owner was great as well.

Great place to stay on Condado
The condo was very nice, clean and full of useful items such as coffee maker, random kitchen supplies and beach chairs. Lionel was very quick to respond any time I had a question and check in was super easy. Great time overall

Comfortable stay in a good location
The building is dated and under construction, but we found the unit to be very comfortable and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, very easy and short ride to beaches and walkable to many restaurants and bars. We did not hang out at the pool as it was dated and the building under construction so kind of an eyesore. The beach right in front is rough so we went elsewhere. Overall it was great for the price and our needs.

The BEST!
This condo had everything we needed! Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms with a fully stocked kitchen were the highlights. Being so close to the beach and pool was perfect for our kids (ages 4 and 6). We were also walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, parks/playgrounds, restaurants and ice cream! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already talking about returning next year!

Great location
The condo was nice and well located. However, it was loud due to construction still going on in the building. Set up was nice in the unit, but you couldn't utilize the oven due to the placement of the washer and dryer. (The door would only open about 4 inches). Plenty of food options within walking distance and Uber was easy pickup from location. Close to port for cruise.

Condado Beach
Location, location, location! Excellent spot to start your San Juan vacation. Property is right on the beach and has secure access. The pool was great as well. We all felt very safe as the property is gated and very secure. You can uber to Old San Juan, Isle Verde and many other places for under 20 US. Our condo was very clean and well stocked with towels and household necessities. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable. The one bedroom does not have any dresser space but has a large closest to hang clothes up. Maybe a few more hangers would be nice. The laundry set works beautifully. The outside of the building needs work but don't let that fool you. The property is well looked after. Many restaurants and covenience stores are close enough to easily walk to. To sum it up, we were very happy we chose to stay here and woukd again.

Not what the pictures showed
The pictures on the listing are not what we actually experienced. The building is Very old and not in a good way. Our rented unit needs updating (to be aligned with pictures shown on site). The onsite gym was Very basic at best with old equipment which some of the limited equipment broke and not working. The hot tube was closed and roped off so we could not use it. We were not advised prior to booking or after booking that this was broke and looked like it had been out of service for several months. The pool deck was also very old, cracking and needs refinishing. The pictures and previous ratings make this place seem like a win but beware it is not. With how much the total price per night was it was definitely not worth it.

Condado Beach Stay
The location was great, enjoyed being so close to the beach. Grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks only a few blocks away; easily walkable. Many restaurants on the street in front of the building. The bed in one of the bedrooms was exceptional squeaky, making sleeping challenging. Traffic from the road can be heard, but this is easily mitigated with ear plugs. The unit had everything we needed, except a hairdryer (this has likely been replaced already.) The beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and cooler were appreciated. The pools is nice. Water temperature was good. The facade of the building on the pool side had definitely seen better days. The area at the bottom is roped off so that you don’t walk to close to where things may land if they fall off. The beach was very nice for sitting in the sun, but the surf was too rough for swimming and warnings of rip currents each day we were there. Bottom line; we would stay here again if it wasn’t for the one squeaky bed.
