Need some rest and relaxation? This is the place for you!! Studio apartment on the back half of an ocean front duplex. Only a few steps from an amazing stretch of beaches. Enjoy a large bedroom/ living room area with a smart tv, internet and a dvd player. TV works with your internet based apps like HULU, NetFlix, etc. Only steps from the beach! Beautiful palm trees in front of the property on the beach waiting for your hammock and drink of choice! Studio includes a queen sized bed, a futon sofa (small~ only sleeps one and is best for a child not an adult), a full kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, and basic cook wear) bathroom with shower, and a large closet with shelves for your clothes. You can’t get much better for the price!! Free parking on the street, the parking on premises is for the adjoining 2 bedroom rental (also available on VRBO #2108080). This property is minutes from the famous El Yunque Rainforest, the natural water slide, a bioluminescent bay, Charco El Hippie, many adventures in Old San Juan, the ferry to Flamenco Beach on Culebra island, the Marina in Fajardo, and so much more. You can hike, fish, explore, shop, dine, or just be a beach bum!!
There are also many wonderful places to eat in the area, including the Luquillo Kiosks. I also recommend checking out Pinterest for fun ideas of things to do while in Puerto Rico!

Perfect Little Spot in Luquillo
We stayed for 3 nights in this sweet little spot right on the beach. Clean, quiet, and close to everything. Really enjoyed our stay. Communication and check in were easy.

Great place to rest your head
If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower in between exploring PR, this is a great place to do it at a great price. We loved being across the street from a beautiful beach, where we spent a lazy afternoon in the hammock provided by the property. It is also in walking distance to some amazing restaurants, and a grocery store.

Really amazing stay
We stayed three nights here and enjoyed our stay so much. It is right across the street from the beach, and they have a few things to take along with you like sand buckets, towels and even a boogie board. The kitchen is small but well equipped to make your basic morning eggs and coffee or late night pasta for those vegetarians on your trip ;) Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property manager was awesome, super responsive and helpful. Apartment was nothing fancy but it was clean and had everything we needed and the location was fantastic, right across the street from an awesome, not-too-busy beach and within walking distance of several restaurants/stores. The studio was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. To be able to walk out the door and walk across the street to the ocean was fantastic. Restaurants were in walking distance . We had a wonderful time celebrating our 30th anniversary!!!! The weather was incredible the whole week we were there !!!!!

My partner, our 4 year old, and myself stayed at this studio for a week. Having the beach literally across the street was glorious! The neighborhood felt very safe and laid back. The proximity to el Yunque, San Juan, and other awesome locations was so convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!

The ocean view across the street was beautiful! It was a clean, very cute & comfortable space to stay. It had all the necessities & even extras that you would want. Beach getaway
If you're looking for an affordable, comfortable stay in Luquillo, look no further. Hubby and I stayed here for our first trip to PR. Place was cozy and had all we need. The best part was walking out the door and looking directly at the waves any time you want. The beach is a ten second walk. We would stay again!

Beach time in Luquillo
Clean, convenient and just steps away from the beach. We had a great time while staying at this property in Luquillo. Across the street from the beach, nice for strolling. Easy walk to restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to cook while at the property, but we frequented the food trucks across the street and along the beach. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area…plus the manager is easy to communicate with both when planning and during our stay.

Absolute gem
We were thrilled to find this gem of a place in a gem of a location. Nice small community that offered so much. The location of our unit provided privacy when we wanted, yet plenty of activity within in walking distance. We slept so good at night with the sound of the waves crashing on the surf just across the quiet street. Everything we needed was provided to allow us a relaxing stay.

Everything about this place was great! The unit was clean, cute, cozy and convenient to anything you would want to experience. We enjoyed walking steps to the beach and dining options. Ed was helpful and just a text away to answer questions or give recommendations. Make sure you wake up early to catch the breathtaking sunrise. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Perfect getaway
We loved being so close to the beach and near a lot of options for things to do. We walked to the kiosks (and drove when feeling lazy), got drinks and dinner at a variety of other local spots, hiked El Yunque, and took a coffee tour a couple hours away. We also just sat around and did nothing- this was the best part of vacation. Our apartment was perfect as a homebase!
