Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I've never looked forward to writing a bad review until this one. I booked this last minute, but when I arrived at the location there was NO FRONT DESK (as per listing), and when I called the contact number I was informed the PROPERTY WAS ALREADY RENTED. I was told that they couldnt refund my money, and to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia, and they were NO HELP. They will not refund my money, claiming the PROPERTY OWNER has the money. I am currently fighting via my bank, but this is a TOTAL SCAM. AVOID!!!!
