Beach Front Condo with Endless Ocean Views from EVERY room. Recently renovated with all the amenities you need to have the perfect paradise experience. For the Foodies, the unit offer a Full Chef’s Kitchen which includes All-Clad Pots and Pans, Ninja Blender, Dishwasher amongst many other things. For those looking to enjoy the beach, we have 4 beach chairs, coolers and beach games/toys for both children and adults.

Condo features rooftop pool with breathtaking 360 views of the area.

- Cable TV and Roku Stick in every room
- Pack n Play Crib with additional comfort mattress available for those traveling with infants.
- Rental includes a private parking spot within the confines of the building.

Please note we have a security camera located at the entrance to our unit used to monitor access to the condo. It is right outside the entrance door and monitors the public area around the elevator/hallway. We allow a maximum of 4 guests. You will be charged $100 per person per night if there are more than 4 people spending the night. We also allow a maximum of 6 people in the unit during the day. Parties are strictly forbidden.

The neighborhood:
- Located right on El Alambique Beach, one of the most travelled to beaches in Puerto Rico, and is a short walk to Pine Grove beach.
-Building is walking distance to hotels (El San Juan Hotel, Ritz Carlton and Intercontinental), Restaurants, Shopping and Nightlife
- Condado and Old San Juan are a short 15 min drive away.
- While a rental car is recommended for families looking to explore the island and all it has to offer, you can easily get around via Uber or walking.

This apartment is beautiful, renovated, clean, perfect for 4 people. The location is ideal steps from the beach oceanfront with amazing view of the ocean and Isla Verde Beach, close to airport and many restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We spent a lot of time at the beach which is just steps away when you step outside. The views in the room were incredible! You are directly over the water, just as in the pictures. We also greatly appreciated the excellent communication from the host. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

This property looked exactly as described! The pictures are not misleading at all. The mattress were very comfortable. The check in and check out were very detailed and smooth. The location is literally on the beach. Our only challenge came with the ridiculous Puerto Rican power grid, which went out during our stay and caused an elevator failure. Will was very responsive through the entire situation. We would stay here again.

Superb condo!
Truly the views from this property are amazing! Windows on 3 sides give you two lovely beaches and the mountains. The ocean views are simply spectacular. And Will is the most considerate host. He notified us that we could get in early and stay late without us even having to ask! We loved his welcome materials and recommendations for local restaurants & bars. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. What a wonderful find. Thank you Will for a trip we’ll never forget.

As advertised
The condo was great. Just like it looks in the pictures. There was a last minute problem with the clothes dryer but the owner provided an easy work around. Excellent communication. There are a few eateries easily within walking distance and a CVS and Pueblo just a short drive away for other supplies. He has the condo well stocked with shampoo, soap, body wash, hand soap, paper towels, tissues, trash bags, toilet paper etc. Just bring your personal products and your bathing suit and you’re good to go. Great home base for visiting other areas like Old San Juan and El Yunque National Park. We had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico.

Beautiful Well Stocked Rental
The condo was perfect. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The owner was gracious and accommodating. Only thing I wished we would have known was the dryer did not work. We got caught in a downpour coming from the airport and had a little trouble finding the lock box with keys so needless to say we were soaked. I tried to put all our clothes in the dryer but after an hour, it was clear the clothes were not drying. It wasn't a big deal because the building has a washer and dryer on the roof. But want to note in case you pack light and plan on washing clothes that you might have to use the facilities on the roof. $1.50 for each machine. Otherwise everything was perfect, couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The views were amazing and the beach is literally a 100 feet outside the door. We felt safe and loved our little home away from home. Would definitely return to this rental if we go back. Loved everything about it.

If you love the ocean, you'll love this condo.
Many thanks to Will Rivera for keeping the lines of communication open before and during our trip. Will was very responsive when answering questions leading up to our trip and made it clear that he would be available to us during our trip. The condo is as advertized except better in person, of course. It was very clean and comfortable with exceptional views of the ocean and mountains. Having a full kitchen at our disposal was wonderful and the living space very comfortable with excellent air conditioning available. Also, there is a pool on the roof which provides an added bonus. The 360 view from up there was spectacular. The sprawling San Juan beach and ocean can be seen and heard to the left, front and right of the balcony where we sipped our coffee each morning. After coffee, we would ride the elevator down to ground level, step out the building door, right on to the beach and walk with our feet in the water. It all was picture perfect. A word of advice if you're traveling to San Juan for the first time. Rent a car to see the island but consider using Uber when venturing out in San Juan as parking in the city is a challenge. The Uber drivers were nice and knowledgeable about what to see. Old San Juan is a must see but we only allowed one day for it. With two massive old forts to tour and the old city itself, we recommend allowing two days for it. This was our first time using Vrbo and I'm hooked. Thank you Will, thank you Vrbo!

This was a beautiful clean condo right on the beach. Everything you can need and more are in the condo. Will the owner was easy to contact with any questions. We were a group of 4 adults plenty of room. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Family Vacation
Will was a very attentive host and helpful with restaurant and excursion suggestions. The condo was in excellent condition and the views were perfect. The proximity to a beautiful beach and a protected reef made the trip even more magical. The one downside was a dilapidated building in our view. It was owned at one time by Jennifer Lopez and Mark Anthony. The government has made it difficult to redevelop the property due to its proximity to a protected reef. Besides this minor eyesore, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better, more convenient setup for families than Will’s condo. I’d highly recommend renting a car so you can navigate to hidden beaches, el Yunque, Old San Juan and more!

Endless Views
We had a lovely time during our stay! The host left us a welcome basket, which was incredibly thoughtful and we enjoyed it throughout our stay. The views from the condo are breathtaking. The condo is well appointed with any and everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. The owner is incredibly responsive as well, should you need anything. We really liked the easy beach access and having the beach chairs, toys and towels all provided. It’s a short walk from the condo to many restaurants and convenience type stores (ie CVS) for additional drinks or snacks. We also highly recommend trying Sandra’s Point located on the beach right below the condo: tasty and convenient!

Best Condo Ever
I want to start off by saying that the condo is exactly like the pictures! The view from the balcony and bedroom is spectacular. I love that as soon as you get out, the beach is right there. The condo has the cutest nautical decor. Whenever we needed something our condo manager was so helpful to find a solution. Overall I would definitely book this condo again and call it my home away from home ❤️

50 Shades of Blue!
I mean before I even review the property, I must say Will was just the most organized and most helpful host/owner I have ever spoken to. He was thoughtful regarding our check-in due to our early flight and he contacted me before the trip and sent clear instructions (with pictures!) and a very detailed list recommendations for all hours of the day to enjoy in Puerto Rico. Now for the condo.... just wow! Clean, beautiful decor, amazon music, cable, rooftop pool access, balcony, all kitchen appliances, beach chairs, sun umbrella, coolers etc... you literally had everything you needed there. After too much fun in the sun, we had no problem retreating back at the condo. And besides being steps from the beautiful isla verde beach, nothing topped the views from every window in the condo. Some mornings you couldn't even tell where the sky and ocean met, and we saw about 3 rainbows during our stay. So we want to thank you Will for our amazing staying and giving us unforgettable memories. Will definitely be coming back soon and staying longer so we could tackle your list of recommendations lol. Perfect beach location
Anyone looking for a well located beachfront condo will not be disappointed in this property! Very recently renovated, well kept and managed, and the owner is very responsive, speaks English and Spanish well, and is courteous. We traveled with 4 and it was comfortable. A short walk along the beach or road takes you to several popular hotel properties including the Fairmont El San Juan. A short drive from the airport and a short cab ride into Condado or Old San Juan made staying at the property very convenient. The neighbors were nice and the rooftop pool has quite the view. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Outstanding! We will definitely be back...
Our vacation in Puerto Rico was wonderful, starting from the moment we walked into Will’s home. As a host, Will was by far the best we have ever met. He checked in with us as soon as we got there to ensure we were ok. The condo did not disappoint ! The views were amazing and Will provided everything we needed . We used the beach chairs and coolers daily as we explored the island. After a full day out and about it was wonderful to come “home” . Can’t wait to come back next year.
