Newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom beachfront unit condo with high end finishes throughout. Eight stories high giving you 180 degree views of the Atlantic ocean and surrounding coasts! Offering 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, with open concept & spacious living. New kitchen, appliances, air conditioning units in the bedrooms. This blessed blue themed condo is fully furnished, has living and dining areas with 32 inch smart TV and Wi-Fi. Enjoy breathtaking views and amazing sunrises from La Pared Beach on the private balcony. Fully stocked kitchen with all you will need during your stay to cook meals and feel at home. Linens, towels, beach towels & chairs are provided for your use as well. Bathrooms will have all the essentials plus soaps, shampoo, conditioner and blow dryer. The sofa in the living area pulls out to accommodate 2 guest.

Note this is a 8th floor, unit has an open balcony with standard 48 inch railing. Also at times of outages and elevators being out of service would have to be walked up and down. These things typically do not occur for long periods of time and the elevators do run off generators.

There is no smoking in the house, any signs of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge. Smoking is permitted on the balcony, please keep doors closed and dispose of your buds regularly.

Sandy Hills buildings are currently under construction from post Maria damage. The buildings are dated and they are in the process of painting and repairing balconies and repairing common areas as well as planning on replacing elevators. Our unit is effective and the pictures are accurate.
The pro's of the buildings are they are a safe gated complex with 24hr security, location (perfect to explore everything from San Juan Area through the rain forest, north eastern beaches out to the east to take ferry to the islands of Culebra & Vieques), beach access, amazing views, and being able to walk to beaches, local restaurants such as Boardriders, Simple Food, La Fonda, Coffee therapy other and even C-Note jazz club. The stay and local experience is wonderful throughout Luquillo.
You will have a direct beach access as well as access to the pool & outdoor showers, beach and pool access is open until 6:00pm and has no life guard on duty. There is also a laundry room on the main floor you will have access to as well. We offer access to 1 parking space in the gated complex parking.
