Gorgeous property in the heart of San Juan’s best beach, just steps from restaurants and ocean park beach, walking distance to nightlife, grocery and drug stores. Amazing and convenient location in the best neighborhood of San Juan, Puerto Rico. UPGRADED WITH EMERGENCY POWER GENERATOR AND WATER TANK.

PROPERTY: The house was designed by an Italian architect and built with materials imported from Italy, reflects modern architecture style that will make you feel like a European villa in harmony with the gorgeous Caribbean setting. The property is divided in two apartments.

Rental Villa: The rental villa is located on the second level of the property totally independent from the first level villa. It is exquisitely decorated with fully equipped new kitchen, family/living area, dining table for 6 people and additional al fresco dining table for 4 people, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, laundry room and ample terrace with BBQ. Two independent central A/C units, for living area and bedrooms.

BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 6 people. Master Bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bathroom, second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has two twin beds, all have their own closets. High quality cotton fresh linens for each bed, plus many pillows and blankets.

BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms with Italian marble tops and double sinks, master bathroom has shower/tub, second bathroom has independent tub and separate shower cabin, each bathroom includes bidet.

STYLE: The house was designed by an Italian architect in a modern Italian villa style, while in harmony with the gorgeous Caribbean setting. Exquisitely decorated with high ceilings throughout. Imported wood floors from Italy in all living areas, Italian tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen, all outside areas and terrace with Italian granite. All windows have electric hurricane proof shutters and nets for insects. Property has emergency generator and water tank.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Ocean Park is an exclusive gated beach community in the Condado, San Juan Metro area. Convenient location with access to many restaurants and nightlife, and of course a very short walk to the beach. Definitely the best place to stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Walking distance to grocery stores, a Walgreens, Kasalta bakery, surf shops, yoga studio and parks. A very tranquil and peaceful community when the sun goes down, you can walk, jog or bike around Ocean Park and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Siblings Sailing Vacation
This was a landing spot for our group of siblings and spouses before heading to the British Virgin Islands for a week of sailing. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and the location is awesome. It is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the amazing beach. I would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyable weekend in Ocean Park
The unit is well appointed and the decor is appealing. A cozy unit indeed. The A/C and the laundry machines worked well. The kitchen is adequately equipped. The beds are comfortable; the rooms are also adequately appointed. The owner provided sufficient towels for bathing and also towels for the beach. Very nice!

We loved everything about our stay at the villa. The location is perfect…3 minute walk to the beach, 5-10 minute walk to lots of restaurants and a 10 minute Uber to Old San Juan. Rey was very responsive to any of our questions/needs. Highly recommend!!

A Beautiful, Unique Home
A beautiful, unique home in a great location. Walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Rey is an outstanding host. Any questions were met with immediate responses. A special bonus, Pirata, Rey's little dog. A friendly pet that often greeted us and loves having her belly rubbed!

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Park Villa! It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Best of all it was a three minute walk to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants and a 15 minute drive to Old San Juan. I would highly recommend this villa.

Great Stay
We were traveling with multiple generations (ages 9 months to 90 years old!) and had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Location was terrific, walking distance to the beach. Rey was a great host. We hope to return for a longer stay!

Amazing stay
It was me and 5 friends that stayed the place was a perfect size for us. It is literally a block away from the beach. When I needed to reach out to the manager he responded quickly to let us know about things. The front door was a little tricky but over we where all very happy to stay there!!!

Nice property on a nice street. Easy short walk to the beach as well as to bars & restaurants. The microwave was not operable but I'm sure that will be replaced before the next guests arrive.

Bachelorette Party Villa
We had a group of 6 that was very comfortably accommodated. The villa was clean and well stocked with supplies. We felt safe and was able to come and go easily without any issues. It was a few minutes walk from the beach and food which was great. The power went out while we were there but there was a backup generator that worked perfectly. We would definitely stay again!! Great place and location
We stayed in San Juan for a week at this property. There were six of us and the space was just big enough. It was a very nice place and was in an excellent location -- very close to the beach and several restaurants. It is a short Uber ride to Old San Juan, etc. The host was very responsive and helpful when things came up and he had good advice for eating out, etc. I would recommend this VRBO.

Fantastic Place
This is a great property, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. It is also very well furnished and it has everything you need for a really comfortable stay. The location is excellent, just two short blocks from a beautiful beach. Also the neighborhood is great, close to everything but quiet and private. We loved being close to Kasalta for lunch, dinner, dessert or even a quick coffee. Ray and his wife were really welcoming and professional. We want to return next year, we had a fantastic time.

**We are real customers, no pay is involved ** Absolutely loved our stay here!! Gated community, security on point, walked majority of the places, Uber always available for our longer distances. The Hosts was phenomenal!! The beach was a block away and they provided towels, beach chairs, and an outside shower to clean chairs. We will stay again

Beautiful apartment in Ocean Park
I stayed in Rey’s apartment with my husband, three-year old, and my parents and it was a lovely home base in a beautiful and fun neighborhood of San Juan. The apartment was well-appointed and we had a lovely stay. I only hope that we will be able to stay again one day. Rey was away while we were there but always very responsive to messages. And his two little dogs, which were being watched by his son, were adorable.

Relaxing Girls Weekend
This house is huge! We had five women spread out comfortably on all floors. The kitchen is well equipped and the deck view is stunning! We enjoyed the hot tub and indoor fireplace after spending our days in Blairsville and Blue Ridge. Curiously, I did not get check in info until I called the owner myself the day before so that was strange but it all worked out. A great house for a getaway.

Beautiful and well appointed Villa
The property is amazing, the photos are completely accurate but still fall short to convey the upscale 'feeling' of the property. Check in and check out as well as comfort and convenience staying here for a week were all exceptional. The owners were very easy to work with. We will definitely plan to stay here again. Beach access is two short blocks, restaurants same distance in the other direction. This is our favorite neighborhood, gated and patrolled at night.

Fabulous apartment, fabulous location
The apartment was spotless when we arrived. If anything, it’s more pleasing in person than the photos. Two block walk to beautiful Ocean Park Beach and a short walk to great restaurants, bakeries, shops, and more. Beach chairs and an outdoor shower too. Easy street parking right in front, and short Uber or drive to Old San Juan. Rey is a very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again.
