This apartment located in the heart of the metropolitan area at 12 minutes from Luis Muños Marin Airport, 15 minutes of tourist areas and beaches and about 3 minutes from Plaza Las Americas, the biggest mall in PR. You also will find Walgreens Pharmacy and supermarkets near by.
Places to eat are at a walking distance, you will find chinese food, puerto rican food, fast foods and restaurants.
If you wish to travel north, south, west or east of Puerto Rico, the highway is about a minute away.

Great place to stay. Owner very friendly and always available to assist. Place has two nice room, one does not have a window, which is great to sleep. Place is not fancy but has all the amenities. Great price. Definitely recommend.

Host very hospitable. Reminded us of family . Has a convenient vending machine . All stores very close such as walgreens and walmart. Very quiet and safe. Close to expressway that is very convenient. I did pick up a mattress pad as i have a bad back and needed a bit extra comfort also a comforter since there was only throw blankets . Left of course for the amazing host . Went and bought my own amenities such as shampoo and body wash although provided opted for my personal preference . If youre looking for a place to rest get ready and head out to explore the island highly recommend. Unit does get cool very quickly once air turned on which is a huge plus. If your looking to watch TV in English, good luck because there isnt really any channels. I Would stay again though very convenient! -mariah & jesus

Vacy before the Cruise
This place was just right for us. The neighborhood was nice. Several Restaurants to choose from. The property manager was available immediately when we needed something. He also gave us a great restaurant recommendation when we went to vist Old San Juan.

Everything went smooth and efficiently from check in to check out! Great location close to everything just a short Uber ride away. It was so nice to have a vending machine on the ground floor for a quick snack or water! The host was so responsive for any questions and recommendations. Accommodations were great and the AC was great!

Angel was easy to communicate with and we had no difficulty registering or coming and going from the clean residence. He was friendly and checked in on us in passing. It was a nice quiet area.

Angel was very nice I only stayed one night because I read it wrong on the beds situation it wasn’t enough room for my boys overall we did feel safe and the air condition feels great in the bedroom

Clean, secure, and easy access to the apartment with the owner's instructions. The owner was very helpful. The location of the apartment is perfect! Easy to go in any direction to the different main avenues and highways.

Very accommodating, but it's barebones
A bit run down. Has the necessities--barely. Mattresses uncomfortable and thin blankets with some holes Seemed pretty clean except did see some tiny little bugs on the wall in the bathroom and two flying cockroaches. Does have a vending machine and one locking gate (the other wasn't working properly), which is nice given the area. The landlord was so sweet and accommodating and provided what we asked for. There's not any good food in the area too.

I felt Like the host was always looking at us getting inside the house and outside. We were having a very low conversation while walking in to the house and he came out and started yelling at. Us because we can’t talk at all after 9. We are on vacation so how is that possible

Me and my family stayed in the apartment for four days. Overall, we had a very good stay, and the owner is a very nice person. I appreciated the fact that for a very reasonable price, the owner provided all the basic things a family would need for a comfortable stay. One recommendation I have for the owner is, please include another lock from inside the apartment. Currently, the apartment's main door has one deadbolt lock only, which can be opened with a spare key from outside. Having an additional bolt from inside will provide the guests with much more assurance as most of them are new to the area. Please consider that, and that would really help elevate the rental. Overall, I would rate the property as excellent and the owner, as outstanding.
