4.5 km away from San Juan del Sur town, A slice of paradise, walking distance from Casa Remanso are 2 stunning beaches, Remanso beach and Sacuanjoche beach where Survivor Nicaragua was filmed.

The house has 5 suites, each with it's own bathrooms. The master bathroom has a glass wall with a great view to the beach and mountain, it also has a Jacuzzi. Each bedroom has a relaxing hammock and they all have air conditioning and private balconies.

The house has open spaces, big living room with a bar that connect with the terrace balcony giving a feeling of nature inside the house. The dinning room is open to the kitchen and breakfast area. All 6 TVs have cable or Apple TV. We offer housekeeping and a guard, to take care of you and the house. It's really a relaxing experience. We are certain that you will enjoy our peace of heaven on earth.

Couldn't access the property
The roads leading to the property are dirt roads that during the winter months in Nicaragua are inpassable. That was not mentioned on the online listing, we had to cut our vacation short becuase the SUV's we rented couldn't make it to the property. The property owner wants to give us only 50% of what we payed, that is unacceptable. The owner hasn't reach out, doesn't care and didn't care the day we tried getting to the property. The owner just said, the "roads get really bad when it rains" she said its not her fault. Really bad experience with the owner, with Vrrbo, with the whole thing.

Sea House is beatiful and has a very nice view
