Highly recommended
The condo was clean, comfortable and just as it appeared in the photos. Views of the bay from the deck are fantastic. The coffee and food at the resort's restaurant were the best we had in SJDS. The staff was friendly and responsive. I love that they use Whatsapp for communications. The road to the parking garage was a bit steep, but in dry conditions an SUV was not necessary. It's a short walk to town and if you don't mind the hill on the way back, it's very walkable.

Great condo : clean, spacious and comfortable, well equipped
I highly recommend this property : the condo is just as the pictures, no surprises ! All equipments are functional making everyday life easy. The location is very convenient : walking distance to town, to the supermarket Pali, to the beach, etc. What distinguish this property from another is its host. According to me, Jo-Anne deserves the 5 stars for her dedication. From the moment I booked the condo, she got in touch with me and introduced herself. She answered my questions, she shared some good addresses, she phoned our shuttle service company to give the driver instructions about the drop-off point and she welcomed us in person even if we arrived at 8:00PM. During our stay, she looked after us a more than once, she was in the office almost everyday, even on Christmas Eve ! She was only an email away to answer our request. My understanding is that whatever your needs are, she will make sure to customize the experience for you. Jo-Anne smile is contagious and her profesionnalism enhanced our vacations by making us feel at home away from home. Thanks again Jo-Anne !
