Excelente ensu atención y servicio, pulcros en la limpieza de la habitación, su único inconveniente es quedar en las habitaciones que quedan junto a las escaleras, las personas no son concientes al bajarlas y se escucha mucho el ruido por el mismo material de la escalera. En general un gran lugar para estar mientras se conoce la ciudad.

Muy bonitas instalaciones y buena atención. Bonita habitación y un lugar tranquilo. La única observación es que el parqueadero está afuera del hotel y con candado, entonces no hay la libertad de entrar y salir cuando quiera. Hay que notificar

Me encantó el hotel, lleno de detalles y justo la calidad relación precio. Las chicas del personal super amables y muy atentas a que estuviera muy a gusto durante mi estancia. La terraza muy linda para tomar el cafecito. Muy recomendado y volvería a llegar con ellos.

Excelente la atención y el servicio te su personal es magnífico, me ayudaron en todo momento, siempre preguntándome qué necesitaba y muy al pendiente de mi. Muchísimas gracias. La habitación muy bien la cama, las cobijas todo excelente. Solo una pequeña área de oportunidad. El lavamanos no tenía agua caliente, yo me rasuro diario y ocupo agua caliente. Las chicas supongo también para quitarse el maquillaje o para limpiarse la cara antes de sus mascarillas, y es que pasto es frío el agua caliente debe ser indispensable en los lavamanos...
