"This site has a wonderful setting with beautiful views. The staff are very friendly and helpful from housekeeping to the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, all are very good. We had some minor issues with hot water in our suite and our Wi-Fi failed one day but they did everything in their power to correct the issues as soon as possible. We are very happy to have stayed here and would highly recommend."

"this was my first stay at cervantes and was a positive experience. I chose it for the low cost. The rooms were clean and mostly in good condition. However the AC in first room didn't work and they immediately upgraded me to a larger room and I had no problem. Note that the hotel is on the second floor and there is no elevator."

If you are visiting I suggest you try Boquete where you will be pleased. If spending a few nights in David then Alcala is certainly acceptable. "the property and surroundings is amazing, the cliff, the beach. everything was perfect except for the grill. the grill needs some serious cleaning or better yet, replacement of the insides. we wanted to use it but just could not. The main patio doors would not lock, made us who stayed in the main portion of the home feel uncomfortable. Other than those two items, 5 stars!"

"Driving up to the home, it’s breathtaking! We enjoyed daily morning coffee walking by the beach. The home is beautiful, spacious and had lots of extras to enjoy during our stay. Our kids enjoyed the beautiful pool daily, it was cleaned once while we were there. The landscape was well maintained & full of flowers, coconuts and felt very private.
