Property was cleaned but we assumed it was abandoned by the outside of the property. Location is very big and clean on the inside. Clerk was very nice and informative. Our door was hard to open and very loud due to it scrapping on the floor with each open. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but I did step on a screw by the bed side..

It stinks, carpet seriously needs to be replaced and honestly, I can see the hotel has not be taken care of, maintained. I own rentals and would never treat them like this hotel.

I booked this property because it said it was the La Hocienda not wyndum. I stayed at this wyndum before and it was terrible. When I arrived an hour after booking, it was the same crappy place. So I tried to cancel one hour later and they would not refund the amount.
