Along with a desk, dresser, and shelves, the newly-renovated room is furnished with an iron, hair dryer, microwave and small fridge. Upon request, you’ll have access to a shared washer & dryer. Wi-Fi and utilities are included. Both a cat and a small dog share the property. Minutes from downtown San Jose, VTA light rail, CalTrain, Amtrak, and San Jose airport. Easy drive to Santa Cruz, San Francisco, and South Bay wineries.

Great Place To Stay
Our son attends the university and this place was great for him, the hosts are really nice and made it to be a home away from home, really appreciate it as parents being so far away.

Comfortable Studio
This was a great place to stay between moves. Patrick and Caryl were friendly and helpful. I loved the garden and the neighborhood. The bathtub was fabulous, the kitchenette was small. I stayed for over 2 months, overall it was a nice place to stay and I would stay again, if the need arose.
