We offer you a beautiful fully furnished studio/efficiency room for rent by the day, week or month. ALL of our prices include utilities: electricity, water, internet, cable TV (smart TV). We are located in the beautiful safe upper scale residential neighborhood of Ciudad Cariari, Heredia which is located between the airport & San José. Ciudad Cariari is home to some of the best hotels in Costa Rica including Double Tree by Hilton, Wyndham Herradura, Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, etc etc. It is also home to the exclusive Cariari Golf & Country Club whose 18 hole golf course is open to the public. We are within walking distance to anything you could need or want while staying in Costa Rica.

We will be more than happy to assist you in obtaining tours, transportation, prepaid cell phone SIM cards, renting a car, general information/advice, etc so you can enjoy our beautiful country.

Just a 10 minute walk away you can access restaurants/bars/lounges/, including The Hard Rock Café, Beer Factory, C Lounge, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, steakhouse restaurants, local cuisine, etc. Now with the UbearEats app 30+ restaurants deliver to our unit. Within this 10 minute walk you can also find a main bus stop with buses going everywhere. Buses to San José are approximately $1 and an Uber to downtown San José is about $10 (depending where you wish to go to). The airport is a $5-$6 Uber ride away. Convenience stores and supermarkets are also minutes away from our location. Also within walking distance is the mall Real Cariari with a food court, movie theaters, bowling alley, restaurants (Applebee's & more), bars, banks (ATMs), pharmacies, stores, etc. For those wanting to do day trips, all major tour companies pick up from the nearby Wyndham Herradura and the Double Tree by Hilton Cariari.

Our unit is located in a Condominium within a 15 unit Condo complex with its own secure private entrance which is within eyesight of the guardhouse. Our studio room amenities include:

Comfortable home close to the airport
This was the perfect spot for the first and last days of our Costa Rica adventure! Very comfortable and safe with all we needed and more and only a few minutes from the airport. The most comfortable bed of all the places we stayed during our visit! Kristina is a wonderful host with a well appointed VRBO property!

Ok for passing thru San Jose. Close to airport but not downtown. Windows don’t close completely so if your looking for quiet keep searching. Otherwise comfortable and clean. As tropical destinations are remember to store all food in the frig. or you get little visitors (ants).

Bad Luck with my trip
When I paid for my place to stay I get a confirmation numbers a telephone number and and address so when we get to Costa Rica the taxi company spent 2 hours and 30 min looking for the address and calling the phone number with no luck the take me to a hotel and a charge of $40 in the hotel we get access to my email where they had sent me the correct address and phone number two day we got there on April 5 but we left the USA April 1 they had 40 day before to send me correct info but no so I got screwed for the full payment that I got so please do not spent your time with this place That the last time I will mess with this company and I am a 68 year old retired man and I save my SS for 3month to take this vacation Thanks for the bad info you gave me you should be ashamed of yourself

Stayed at this property for one evening as a layover for our flight back to the states. Great location to SJO. All of the comforts needed for a short stay. Good restaurants and grocery within walking distance. 5 minute Uber to SJO.

Perfect place!
If you are looking for the perfect home in Costa Rica, I highly recommend this one! The place has everything you need and more! Although a studio, it feels very spacious and has a very comfortable king size bed! The place is super clean, up to date appliances, and everything you could need while you are there! Although it is a super nice neighborhood, you will feel even more safe behind the gated garage and the friendly security guard right outside! Kristina and her family are the perfect host! They are so willing to help you in every way, whether it be navigating the country, giving ideas on awesome things to see and eat, ordering food for you, or helping you with any small needs while there! I can't say enough about how kind and helpful they are as hosts. Kristina really went out of her way to help me in every way possible during my stay. They even gave up a garage space to let me park my rental car close by during my stay. You will not be disappointed if you stay here! Kristina will do everything she can to ensure you have the best visit possible!
