Great housekeeping service with new towels, new coffee, bed made every day. No issues with iron, ironing board, and the coffee maker was better than the single cup ones. Front desk gave me plenty of extra water. Across the street from a gas station for essentials with numerous restaurants close by.

For my first time in San Jose, I didn’t know what to expect. Went for a convention. The room was clean, staff were very friendly, check in and out extremely easy. I am already looking into a future visit since there was so much more to do around the area that peaked my interest but didn’t have the spare time.

This is an old hotel. There have not been updates in quite some time. However, the location is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. And although the room was quite outdated, it was clean.
