"A very unique hotel!! beautiful in all senses! Staff and owner extremely kind!! our food incident: We left chewing gum in the shelf upon entering the room and within minutes it was full of ants. There is an instruction booklet/binder in the room which states not to bring any food in the room in bold red color font but its buried in 2 pages of information and we didn't finished reading by the time the ants got to the gum. perhaps a sign on the hotel door or a reminder during check-in would be great as the hotel is inside the forest! The owner and staff gave us a new room to ensure we would have a safe night w/o ants. Thank you!!! Great breakfast!! "

"What an amazing place! The rooms are open with big windows and lovely views and Mellisa has thought of everything to make the room amenable. Stove top, refrigerator, and lots of flat surfaces for luggage and bags. Great breakfast served to the room; it was the best! We really enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked another night. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a memorable stay!!!"

"We loved the fact that we had access to the whole waterfalls hikes and hot springs. We loved the breakfast. Dinner was ok didn’t like the fact that you had to reserve. We ate at the bar a couple of times, but choices were limited. We didn’t want to venture to town at night. I loved the birds and nature all around us. We would have preferred more privacy between our cabins. We couldn’t really sit out in the front or the back without seeing our neighbors come and go. But those were minor details, we really enjoyed this beautiful heaven on earth."

The food was outstanding , the spa treatment was the best the zip line was safe and fun and the staff each and everyone of them was so friendly always smiling remembered who I was and we felt very special. "Great value for this beautiful property. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful for hiking information. Only thing is that there is a blackout in late night for a few hours. Didn’t bother me much though. "
