"Everyone was friendly and fun. Water bottle got snatched, or trashed, no big deal, i shouldn't have left it in a shared space. Frat vibes a bit after hours. Noticed more men than women hanging out in the evenings, but all types of people were there including families. Met a few cool people and glad i stayed. Beds are comfy, felt safe, close to lots of places to eat, grocery stores, Metro and even a little skatepark."

"Hostel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, next to the bohemian district and also close to Cerro Christobol. The metro station, intersecting both line 1 and 5 is within a couple of minutes of walking distance. We reached a few hours before the official checkin time, but we were given the room that was very helpful. The only problem we had was because of the heavy rain on the second day, there was some water leak from the ceiling in our room. But we were shifted...

"Great place to stay for a few nights! The location is close to the metro station and also to some landmarks like Palacio La Moneda y Plaza de Armas. Staff was polite, breakfast included, cool backyard and Pool. There was a kitchennette very convenient and in general, a great experience. The only low point is that the zone is a little bit dangerous, mainly during the night. Always try to return before is dark. With day light by your side there is nothing to worry about."

"Staff friendly and helpful. Unaware of shared bathrooms. Poor lighting in room, stained sheets and tv remote didn’t work. Not ideal for families, fine for young budget conscious travellers."

"From the outside the property looks really good, but from the inside the rooms need some work done. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and some remodelling as the bathroom had thick layers of mould, there was a leak in the ceiling that made some of the lights stop working. Also some cobwebs in the bathroom and the kitchen some of the drawers were not clean."

"Kathy who we met to obtain our room was absolutely fantastic! The room had all the necessary needs you would like. We were truly happy staying there and would definitely book them again in the future! Thanks for having us! "

"The location of the hotel is in the business area, but it was great for us to be able to walk to malls and shopping areas near by as well as lots of dining options. The staff were incredible, especially the Manager, Nic. He was able to get us an early check-in and a bottle of wine as we were celebrating our honeymoon. The pool and sauna as part of the spa was very lovely. The service at the rooftop bar was a bit slow and it took a while to get someone's attention when we needed it, but it was a great vibe. "

"El hotel esta ubicado en zona céntrica. Todo el personal del área de recepción siempre está muy atento, son amables y serviciales. Solo tengo algo que señalar, al momento de realizar el check in te facilitan un número teléfonico para poder comunicarte al área de recepción por medio de WhatsApp. En dos ocasiones escribí para asistencia y no respondieron. No hago el señalamiento como crítica ya que pude resolver, pero sí como un área a mejorar para beneficio de la comunicación con futuros huéspedes. Sin dudar lo recomendaría!"
