Nous avons passé un agréable séjour Piscine à proximité, dommage pour les marches allant au jardin, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter Je n’avais pas vu qu’il n’y avait pas la climatisation à la réservation, nous avons eu un peu chaud 😅 Mais nous avons bien profitez 👍

Totalmente decepcionante

El apartamento está localizado en una urbanización a 17 Km de Vinaroz y de las playas. Aunque es tranquilo y silencioso y la piscina es estupenda, el apartamento no lo hemos encontrado adecuado al anuncio publicado (las fotos serán de hace años). - No nos ha parecido adecuada la entrada al apartamento, entrega de llaves sin ningún tipo de indicación de cómo funciona todo, sin la revisión previa de que todo funcionara correctamente y por su puesto sin haber limpiado lo necesario (armarios de la cocina con restos en su interior, agarradores sucios, chorretones en la parte exterior de los armarios y nevera, polvo en las mesitas de noche, pelos en los desagües del baño, la grifería con manchas de cal y suciedad, …), totalmente intolerable con la situación que estamos viviendo con el COVID. Limpieza satisfecha al día siguiente, pero no deja de haber sido un disgusto y unas condiciones nada higiénicas y más teniendo en cuenta que íbamos acompañados de nuestra hija (una menor). - Gran parte de la ropa de casa está en malas condiciones, toallas viejas y deshilachadas por los lados, camas sin los protectores de colchón, colchas rotas y con manchas, cojines sucios y malolientes, mantel roto, sucio y mugriento en su parte interior, … - La vajilla y cubertería compuesta por 4-5 tipos diferentes de platos, vasos y cubiertos y algunos desconchados. - Menaje básico insuficiente, faltando: aceitera, vinagrera, rallador, colador, espumadera, cazo y cucharón, salvamanteles, rascador vitrocerámica, manteles decentes … - Mesa de la terraza y mantel en pésimas condiciones, ambos viejos y rotos, cambiada la mesa por una nueva a los 3 días. - Campana extractora y lavavajillas estropeados. Lavavajillas cambiado por uno nuevo después de una semana, el extractor sigue estropeado. - El baño no tiene ningún aplique, toallero o colgador para poner las toallas o el rollo de papel higiénico. - El sofá de la terraza ni lo hemos usado, pensando en que, si ni tan siquiera se han lavado las fundas de los cojines del sofá del comedor, cómo van a lavarse las fundas de los cojines del sofá exterior que se ve que tiene un tiempo. No nos daba ninguna fiabilidad. - Tumbonas inexistentes (solo salen en las fotos) Conclusión: Precio excesivo para la calidad ofrecida. Gran decepción cuando esperas disfrutar dos semanas de vacaciones en condiciones ideales. El sentimiento que nos queda es de que nos han tomado el pelo. Espero que este comentario sirva para que no le pase a nadie más.

bonjour concernant l'appartement vraiment rien a dire mais il manque des petits choses (salle de bain il n'y a pas porte papier toilette,brosse de toilette sale,pas de porte serviette salle de bain),la cuisine manque de bouilloire et les Poêle sont défectueuses). Mais le pire c'est la terrasse c'est tout à jeter c'est rien à voir avec les photos de l'annonce(table avec leurs pieds casser,les banquettes du canapé sont .sales et ne sont pas comme les photos de l'annonce.

Semana Fantástica!!!

Un 10 para todas las instalaciones. Tanto Panoramic Golf como Valle golf. El apartamento es ideal, y aun mejor la terraza y exteriores. La piscina es un lujo. Y la tranquilidad del lugar inmejorable. Ideal para ir en familia. Sin olvidar el buen trato de la propietaria Marga. Volveremos Seguro

Gran semana de relax con la familia

Piso muy acogedor, con una terraza espectacular, perfecta para disfrutar en verano. Hacer mención de la piscina comunitaria, ideal para grandes i pequeños. Los míos la han disfrutado a tope. Ademas, Marga, siempre atenta para q todo vaya según lo previsto, ya sea con cosas del apartamento, así como excursiones,playas,restaurantes.... Una semana perfecta en familia!

Vacaciones fantasticas!

panoramica es increible unos paisajes y vistas muy bonitas,en el apartamento que estuvimos era fantastico muy kuko y una inmenda terraza ideal para la cenita y los nenes y un jardin muy intimo,la urbanizacion es muy bonita y todo muy cuidado...EStuvimos muy bien y lo pasamos en grande con nuestros peques!! Lo recomiendo!

Un sitio para desetresarte.

Estuvimos el año pasado en junio y este año trataremos de ir en septiembre ya que no hemos podidos por motivos laborales en junio. Magnifica terraza unida al jardin en dos alturas, superagradable y sobre todo tranquila. El apartamento está muy bien equipado. Las instalaciones de la comunidad son buenas, padel, sauna, piscina etc. El entorno es ideal para relajarte y olvidarte del estrés de todo el año. Los propietarios muy agradables y dispuestos a hacer la estancia más agradable. Yolanda y Dario, de Madrid.

Ideal para desestresarte.

Paraiso del relax y la tranquilidad, la magnifica terraza se une al jardin privado en dos alturas, y luego las zonas comunitarias estupendas, piscina, padel, sauna y por supuesto golf. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y los propietarios siempre dispuestos a hacerte la estancia agradable. Nosotros estuvimos en junio del año pasado y este año trataremos de ir en septiembre, por motivos laborales. Yolanda y Dario,,,,,de Madrid.

Muy tranquilo, ideal para niños

El apartamento está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario y una gran terraza para relajarse y comer fuera. Aunque solo tiene una habitación, las camas supletorias están bien acomodadas. La zona ajardinada de la piscina está muy cerca, ideal para los niños y entorno al apartamento sin peligro de coches. Nosotros estuvimos muy bien. Recomendable sin duda.

Appartement situé dans une résidence de standing excentrée de Vinaros ( 16 kms) et de la mer. Atout principal : grand calme et très grande et belle piscine à deux pas de l'appartement ouverte jusqu'à minuit. L'appartement ne comporte qu'une seule chambre et non deux comme indiqué dans le descriptif, le salon a servi de chambre à mes deux enfants ( deux lits d'appoints y ont été installés). Grande et belle terrasse . Petit jardinet ombragé et agréable. Propriétaires sympathiques, prévenants et à l'écoute des locataires. Il faut rajouter aux frais de location 60 euros pour le ménage à la fin du séjour.Parfait pour les amateurs de sport ( golf, paddel, vélo, jogging, ...) et de sérénité.Le regret : une mer bien trop loin (32 kms A/R).

Appartement,terrasse et jardin franchement très agréable,la piscine est très propre juste à coté de la location ainsi que le tennis équipé pour pouvoir jouer en soirée. Seul bémol le supermarché était fermé durant notre séjour ( Vinaros est à 15 kms environ ).Nous avons été accueilli comme de la famille à notre arrivée , le soir un Pub Musical est sur place (bonnes musiques) et les patrons ainsi que les Barmans sont très sympa.
