The owner refused to correct the issue &was extremely rude. Despite clear advertising, the issue was not resolved. "I had the misfortune to arrive by bus from Managua on a rainy day. I thus had difficulty in finding the Hostal. When I did, at aout 7 pm, the person at the reception did not even ask to identify me, and I was led to a room with a window giving on the corridor, a small old sink giving only a tiny fillet or water, etc. Only cold water, but that seems to be general in San Juan. I eventually got used to all these "perks"..."

"This hostel doesnt even exist. We got there at midnight and we couldnt even find it, we had to find some other place to stay at midnight. There wasnt any signal outside. No lights. No nothing. Local people had never heard before of it. This was a terrible experience"
