"We loved the house, pool, views, and yes animals. You are in the rainforest. We loved that we could keep the bedroom door closed with AC and keep the critters out. Otherwise be ready for outdoor living. Also it did come with a difficult drive uphill on a dirt and bumpy road for 10 minutes. It was fun driving but even with our 4x4 it limited how many times we were willing to make the drive every day. The beds could be better and some small repairs were needed but not enough to dampen our time....
