"Employees don’t have empathy. Elevator is not working for most of my stay! Sucks that we have old people with us and we need to take stairs to 5th floor. Probably my last time staying here. Just a piece of crap!"

"I stayed at the treasure island hotel for one night before an early morning flight. The hotel is in the busy section of Masbate city. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t use any of the facilities except the room. The room was fairly small but comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The water pressure in the bathroom was very good. They were able to provide me with a parking space which was very helpful. It’s a clean comfortable hotel near the airport with a pleasant staff. "
